I had a good stay... at first, I made some requests to the owner/administrator and was promptly attended to. I made 2 extensions, the space met my needs exactly. The location was ideal for me... the neighborhood was also very cool. I can only say one thing. I'm grateful for everything. God bless you!

I'd come back whenever I need to go to SP! Very cozy and the kitchen is super structured! Dishes for everything! Super comfortable and cozy home in addition to being very reminiscent of a family atmosphere. Pets were super well received!

Beautiful place! Roseli was very warm and friendly at all times. She was also attentive to what I needed and gave me good recommendations about the place, which was completely unknown to me. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for long stays, as was the case with me. The space was very comfortable and sufficient for me and my son. Everything is clearly organized and works properly. The neighborhood is quiet and has a neighborhood security system at night, making it safe compared to other areas. There are numerous food places and supermarkets nearby. USP and Butantan Institute are easily accessible. It is also possible to do the tour on foot, if you are not in too much of a hurry to get there.

Super helpful host in answering our questions; Extremely clean and pleasant apartment, great location (easy access to buses). I recommend it.
