Welcome to Les Sables! Nice 32 m2 studio located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the boardwalk. A splendid oceanfront view, over the entire right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and the boardwalk are steps away! For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The apartment is at the foot of the Plage des Présidents. It is quiet and bright. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). It was renovated and refurbished in 2022. It has a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A private covered parking space is available in the basement of the residence, ensuring you don't have to look for a parking space. Free parking is also available on the street.
