Yvonne and Matt’s place was fantastic. Everything was as described and the room was squeaky clean when we arrived. We loved the thoughtful touches such as the snacks, magazines and DVDs. The location was peaceful and serene, yet close to where you’d get all the action. They also provided a lovely and generous continental breakfast every morning, and their sweet dog Daisy was a joy to play with. We would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area, and can’t wait to be back there again ourselves.

This property is beautifully serene, private and well equipped for a weekend to get away from it all. The host was stellar in ensuring that the time at the property was the best it could be. 5 stars.

Amazing place to get away from the city for a night! I loved the peaceful surroundings and location 🍃 The backyard was a bit messy but thats understandable being autumn. The kitchen had the bare minimum but is ok for one night and there is a lovely bakery st the end of the read where to grab food or the local pub. The CD selection was mint and nostalgic 👌 An amazing great to chill for a night or two! Will be coming back again surely.

This was hands down our best Airbnb experience so far! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by cows and sheep—such a charming start to our stay. Our kids had an amazing time feeding them hay and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. They also loved the playground just next to the house. The highlight of our stay was definitely Bo, the sweetest dog ever. He visited us every day and would sit obediently by our side, keeping us company in the most heartwarming way. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen—it made cooking so convenient. Communication was also great with prompt replies. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time staying at Lauretta’s Airbnb! The area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were so many amazing sites and scenic hikes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lauretta was super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Her place had such a unique charm, from the decor to the overall vibe—it really added to the experience and made it feel special. We had a wonderful stay at this clean, cosy cottage. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the fire place and the spa in the room, it was such a treat! Being surrounded by horses and llamas added a special charm to the experience. Steven was fantastic, he communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to becoming regulars!

Lovely peaceful location and we enjoyed watching the kangaroos in the morning. Jenny was so helpful suggesting somewhere to eat and we had a lovely meal at the Seven Creek hotel in Eurora. Jenny's home had every amenity we wanted and was spacious and very clean. Thank you Jenny.

We had a great stay at Shaun's cottage, lovely and clean, great yard for the dogs ( 2 x kelpies ) along with a nice balcony at the back for either a sunny afternoon or if the weather turned bad then great shelter. Kitchen was well supplied and nice hot shower. Beds with nice linen and comfortable. Shaun was a great communicator which made check in etc easy. Thank you

This cottage was absolutely gorgeous! We spent the weekend here and went to the Delatite winery nearby. The cottage is such a unique find and had all the amenities we would need. Lots of small details and care taken to make it feel so comfortable. A rustic accomodation but that’s what made it so special. Our trip was in autumn close to winter so was very cold but if you have someone on the trip who is good with fireplaces and bring warm clothing then it’s perfect! There’s also heaters in every room so we had no issues. It’s such a special find and I wish we could go back already!

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

We enjoyed very much our stay at the 3BlackSHEDS. The accommodation is very neat and clean; the bed is cosy; and the place is peaceful. On top of these, Alan and Rowena got everything well prepared for a comfortable holiday away from home, yet just like at our own home. We love the food and beverages they supplied for breakfast: fresh, nutritious and delicious. The communication with them is also great, too, as Alan alway responded promptly and provided the supplies, answers and information we needed. All these reflected that Alan and Rowena are the caring and thoughtful host who made our holiday extra enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the serene sounds of nature, including the occasional kookaburra laugh (yes, it lives up to its name!). The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully set up with thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and we loved the little sunroom that made for perfect lazy morning coffees. Plenty of natural light, and that lovely mountain air made us sleep like babies. Alex was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions and great local tips. We also appreciated the small things: fresh linens, good heating (it got chilly in the evening!), and some local recommendations that made our trip even better. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a couple’s retreat, or even a solo recharge mission.

It was great to stay at Kerrin’s cottage. The place has breathtaking views for sunset and is very close to Great Victorian Trail. Absolutely loved staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Harry’s house. The cottage is located at a wonderful location very close to Yarra river and surrounded by lush greenery. The cottage itself is super cosy and has everything you would need for your stay. Steph is such a kind host. She was always responsive and accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. Dimitra’s place is a dream. We feel very fortunate that we could escape and spend a couple of days at her cottage in an ideal location. Very handy to not have to use a car. Beautiful space, extremely comfortable bed and amazing bath. Thanks for the extra touches of wine and chocolates on arrival. We loved our stay.
