Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jamestown

We enjoyed our stay. The home was much bigger than we thought. Plenty of room. All 4 bedrooms were nice size and plenty of closet space. Two full baths which was nice too. Seems recently to have been remodeled. Would definitely come back to stay here!!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Rachel's home. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Many restaurants, beach, shopping and sites a short ride away. Rachel was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this house and area, just beautiful! We hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

Justin was a fantastic host! Very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with quick access to local landmarks and great food and coffee if you have a car. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely book again!

A great stay in a beautiful dog-friendly home! We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. It was such a treat to stay in a dog-friendly place that was also thoughtfully set up for human comfort. One thing to note: the second bathroom was under construction during our stay. It would have been helpful to know that a bit earlier than the day before arrival. Also, while we enjoyed cooking, the kitchen was a bit less equipped than other Airbnb homes we've rented. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to come back again!

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

CozyGate is a wonderful little getaway. It's a detached garage converted into a studio and has all the amenities a typical hotel room would have, but much better! I absolutely loved the shower, so relaxing after a very active day. Water pressure and temperature were phenomenal! The place is very clean and comfortable. All of the Newport activities and restaurants on my to-do list were a short drive away. I would love to come back someday!

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Perfect spot to stay and explore Newport! Easy walk to restaurants and located in a fun neighborhood. The living area had plenty of space for us to hang out together and cook breakfast. Both bedrooms were large and comfy, and the two bathrooms made it easy for each couple to have their own. Hosts were super and provided a great list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

This apartment was exactly as we hoped! Excellent location on the east side. The place has so much character and was comfortable for all. Had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Liliane's place is a great find. It is in a very convenient location in Newport where you can walk to the water and multiple shops and restaurants. The space is filled with light and it was very clean. It's a very comfortable place to come back to after exploring Newport. Liliane was a fantastic host, very responsive and provided very clear instructions. We would stay here again.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
