What a great Airbnb! I’ve been traveling to the area a lot and this felt like discovering buried treasure. The place was bigger than the photos alluded to, the hosts were gracious and accommodating, and the stay was very quiet while still being near amenities.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Booking with them for our trip was absolutely amazing! The house is beautiful, peaceful and so so gorgeous! We loved our stay!

We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! The best Airbnb I’ve ever been to! We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from URI and I only wish I stayed here before her four years in Rhode Island were over. Hoping to find another reason to be in this area so I can return to this beautiful home.

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Great stay in Newport, perfect, quiet location away from the summer craziness of downtown. Extremely walkable, to restaurants, coffee shops, downtown and the harbor. Place was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was a very responsive and friendly host. Loved the private backyard courtyard to sit and have coffee or a meal. It was nice to have a driveway to park the car. We would definitely stay here again, recommended!

We had a nice stay at the quaint East Ferry Cottage. Lisa and Jenna were friendly hosts that provided good detail for the stay. The extra treats in the kitchen were a nice welcoming touch. The cottage was very clean. Jamestown was peaceful and scenic. Beavertail State Park had a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed meals at Beech and JB's on the Water in Jamestown. We had many excursions across the bay in nearby Newport, too, like sailing, the cliff walk and mansion tours.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

Richard‘s place was as advertised. It is a quick walk from the ferry and into town. It was clean and very comfortable for up to four people. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Block Island.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!
