Beachfront vacation rentals in Jamaica

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It’s located in a gated area, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There is also a beach clothes by and a food complex with Starbucks, KFC etc The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with—any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. If I were to message her at 3am she’d probably respond lol. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable place to stay!

It is everything we hoped for, and more. Access to everything. We had a car so we didn't experience the very frequent taxi opportunities down to the beach. We loved the pool and the peace and the trees and all of the sounds, music playing til late from other venues nearby, we were nestled within it all in a beautiful tropical mini paradise. And we were looked after by Elaine and Alicia, thank you ladies! Lovely time all round!

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Sanjae is definitely one of the best host. His place is absolutely beautiful, its always clean, the pictures dont really do justice because its actually better. He always has cold water for guest. It has everything you would want it to have and everything you need being away from home. Its close to all attractions. I would definitely recommend his place to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility. There's a restaurant on site, a lovely swimming pool, and a private beach. What more could you ask for. Thank you Sanjae for always responding quickly to my last minute bookings, and your fast response if needed to any questions we may have. Everything was amazing! Cleveland and Janet are outstanding hosts, both very friendly and genuine people. Cleveland offers rides for a very reasonable fees and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. The area is gorgeous and as a solo female traveller I can’t recommend this area enough in terms of safety. The locals are chatty but always kind. This is totally beyond the hosts control but the area isn’t super quiet at night with bars playing music until around 11 to midnight and animals in the area, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest earplugs :) overall it didn’t have a negative impact on my stay because it just felt like part of the flavour of the area. The value was amazing, the cabin is simple, clean, and beautiful, it’s a perfect spot for those looking to slow down and to get to know a beautiful part of Jamaica with a vibrant culture.

The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

Terron’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very nicely appointed and clean! It was easy to get to off the main road and close to Puerto Seco Beach which I’d highly suggest visiting during the stay. The contact Terron provided gave me a great local restaurant recommendation which I visited a few times. Overall I’m glad I decided to stay at Terron’s place and would do so again in a heartbeat.

This condo was perfect ! It was modern, tastefully decorated and impeccably well kept. The spectacular ocean views is definitely a winner. Thanks Gary!

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

This location is as good as it gets. Everything is so close and the pictures just don't do the space justice. It was amazing

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place and would definitely stay again. The housekeeper was amazing and a fantastic cook! I highly recommend her food! Karen was always responsive and friendly. And the private beach was clean and beautiful. Everything about this property, inside and out, was very clean. I felt very safe on this property with my young children. The restaurants and grocery storein downtown Negril is only a short taxi ride away.

Wendy-Jo and Hank’s place was absolutely beautiful, private, and peaceful. The apartment had perfect views of the beach and it was easy access to both the beach and the pool. They even went out of their way to write a nice birthday card for my partner’s birthday. We also booked their recommended driver for a couple of nights when we went in town for dinner. Overall, we had no issues staying in the apartment and Wendy-Jo and Hank were super responsive if I had any questions. If I come back to Jamaica, I’ll definitely stay at this Airbnb again!

We loved our stay! It was very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. The beautiful view of the water was the best ever! The host was great at communicating and the staff was very friendly and nice. It does get loud at night with nearby music but we had a travel noise machine and ear plugs to help. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Our stay at Ms Sharon’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The space was spotless, truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Ms Michelle. She is an absolute gem! Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a local tip, a friendly check-in, or just her welcoming energy, she made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for place with a host who treats you like family, look no further. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and will definitely be coming back!

Loved my stay here! Its just as beautiful as the pics, and the views are amazing. Check in was super easy, and its located on the property of a beach club so there was a restaurant and bar right downstairs. I would definitely stay again.

This is a special house.The views are incredible, and it is on a lovely section of the beach, a short walk down the beach to a swimming cove in one direction, and a short walk down the beach to a restaurant and further to more restaurants and interesting sights. Views of sunrise and sunset from the roof are incredible. Freddy, the caretaker, is delightful. So is Donna, who brings fresh towels and sweeps daily. The kitchen is sparse - it wouldn’t be easy to cook in for a week - but just walk down the beach or the road to some delicious food made by someone else! It’s vacation, right? The beds were comfortable.The bathroom shower heads need some attention, but im sure they’ll take care of it. Great food in town: Jakes, Eggys, Joseph’sHideaway, and the vegan cafe at Wise Woman wellness are all very good! Lashings restaurant is a 5 -7 min beach walk from the house.They have great fish and chips and are open late Ask Freddy about going on Joseph’s boat tour to Sea Grapes. Do that!

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the place was clean ; we felt very safe on the compound. We enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming which was a walk down the stairs from the property . Will definitely return in the future , Peter was very helpful in guiding us to the local spots and showing us around . We were able to pick fresh fruit that was in season in the yard . This is a hidden gem in Oracabessa !

Excellent location our Yellow Bird cottage was about 50ft from the water and only a short stroll to the beautiful beach. Great staff who were all super friendly
