The Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail is only 2 kilometers away. Pound Creek Gallery is ideal for the couple who want a quiet and restful retreat close to local attractions.

Located in Towong, Vic on the Upper Murray River, we offer amazing views of the river, foothills and the Snowy Mountains Range. Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. Turn of the century "Farm Worker's Cottage" that became part of Tumbarumba as this picturesque little mountain town has grown over the last 100 years. Originally part of the Snowy's farming land holdings, it's now just a short distance from beautiful parklands, Rail Trail, delightful cafes, wineries, trout fishing, & historical walking tracks such as the Hume & Hovell National Trail. With ski fields within easy access, there is something to satisfy every adventure & taste throughout the year.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

"The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.

Elida Cottage on Hanson

This cosy cottage is in the small township of Corryong in NE Victoria. The Cottage was built by Ernest Paton in the 1940's. The Paton family is a well known grazing family in this district. The house has obviously undergone many changes. The house has been in my family for 50+ years. I grew up in this house and still call it home. I hope you love my home as much as I do. I've named the cottage after my parents, Elio & Aida, hence ELIDA.
