Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

This is a huge master site over seeing beautiful all seasons lake view with a big closet and one full bath inside the room. One queen bed and a sofa bed with all the new bedding set and comforters. It is in a very safe quite neighborhood There is a park right cross street and it is easy to access to all HW 71, 435, 470 within ten minutes to IHOP prayer room, State line, YWAM, Cerner and shopping center near by. 45 minutes to KC airport. Relax with the whole family or by yourself at this peaceful newly renovated stay. We have new beautiful vinyl flooring, new carpets, new beds, kitchen appliances. Our master bed room has an in suite private bath, whiles our other room has an adjacent bath with in suite laundry units. These rooms each have walk in closets and dresser . We have a smart tv in the living room with streaming services ( like prime and Netflix) and live local tv channels

Property was absolutely gorgeous. It was peaceful. We had an amazing weekend there. Everything was exactly as described and check in was super easy. While I never spoke to Autumn myself, I didn't need to bc everything was provided and instructions were made very clear and she covered everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend for families or couples just wanting some peace and quiet in a beautiful environment. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the town as well and the people in it. Everything was just a super cool experience. I would recommend 10/10 and would definitely go again when the occasion arises. Thank you so much for being so accommodating to me and my family!!!

This house was the perfect escape for our girls’ weekend! Beautiful and secluded residence but very conveniently located to restaurants, walking trails, and the airport. The host was proactive, friendly and communicative. The space was clean, cozy, and well- stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the back patio and admiring the flower gardens planted there. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a KC getaway!

Lavonne and Don were wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with the items we required. There are informational instructions everywhere, so that there is no second guessing about how to use things. Nice personal touches everywhere in the house. Because we were there for an event and the entire household needed to get ready at the same time on two different occasions, I commend them for having, what seemed to be, a very large hot water heater!

Shenoah’s home was very peaceful! Free of clutter and was very beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything I needed during my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Gardner!. Thanks again!
