This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The outdoor pool was the star. Every age enjoyed it. The deck provided the perfect place for an evening of family recollections, storytelling and tall tales. The indoor games helped to keep us entertained. Close to shops and a variety of restraunts.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable! We had a great stay - the location was so convenient, the house was so comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a really lovely stay away from home. Our pups had plenty of space and Patrick was so lovely, leaving well wishes and local recommendations on the whiteboard.

The home was clean and ready to go and the host was kind and friendly when we communicated.

12 of us had a wonderful stay for a family-wedding weekend! The house makes very good use of space, hard to believe there are five bedrooms but there are, and they were clean and comfortable, and the bedding was hotel-like, we felt very pampered! Plenty of towels and linens! The three-bed bedroom was perfect for our 20-something kids and their significant others, they enjoyed "bunking" together! The KC temps were upper 90s during our stay and the AC in the house was FABULOUS. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, especially the Keurig, which got LOTS of use. We even made pancakes on the griddle provided. The silverware, dishes, appliances and all the little kitchen "extras" were spot on in quality and quantity. The backyard deck was great. It was mostly too hot for us to be out there except in the later evening, but we really enjoyed it, watching the fireflies out in the backyard was a bonus! Janita is FABULOUS! Very prompt in responding. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay, It was in a cute town and the area was cute. It was a petite tiny home and my husband and I enjoyed it. There is a laundry mat just down the road if you plan to stay longer than a week. My husband and I stayed after his basic training graduation. We enjoyed it! 🩷

Eric and his family went above and beyond! Had a last-minute issue with another Airbnb and Eric was nothing but helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay near Kansas City! Great house and great host

The Blue House was adorable & perfect for the 6 of us adults! We drove up from Oklahoma to watch the KC Royals! Location was great, Easy drive to & from the stadium , neighborhood was peaceful, safe and very quiet. Nice clean & cozy home with very comfortable beds! Highly recommend! Adding to our favorites when we return to the KC area!

I stayed at Tina’s place with two friends while we were in Kansas City celebrating a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The home is so cute — beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the beds have incredibly comfortable linens, and the bathrooms are well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout. Tina went above and beyond for us, even accommodating a special request during our stay. The location is great too — several coffee shops within walking distance, close to major areas of Kansas City, and easy parking. Her place feels magical. Highly recommend!

Cottage in the country was just what we needed for our weekend in KC. Great location for Kauffman and Arrowhead games. Lots of options for other entertainment and places to eat. Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath getaway. Beds and pillows were some of the best.

This accommodation was perfect for our family including our 3-year-old grandson. Lots of room to relax. Big, well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a residential street. The house is located very near the train tracks but we quickly got used to the sound of the train passing by. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood in the mornings and into downtown Lee’s Summit to enjoy the local restaurants. Be sure to check out the Whistle Stop Cafe and Konrad’s restaurant. The front porch swing was a lovely touch and we took full advantage of that feature. We can highly recommend this location!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

Jacob’s place was squeaky clean. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to. We had never been to Lees Summit, and there was a list of things to do and places to eat. The town was charming with a little farmers market lots of little shops And it felt very safe. Jacob was responsive to any questions and was a gracious host.

My family and I were in KC for a few nights and this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, easy parking, great hosts, and a clean, unique spot. Would definitely stay here again!

I'd give Karri and John's home at least a 10-star rating, if possible. The home was so clean and comfortable. It was located in a well-established, pristine neighborhood. We especially loved relaxing in the screened-in porch. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants, and very close to I-35 and 152. I will definitely stay again!

Great little place to spend a few days. Loved the coffee set up in the kitchen, made my morning coffee routine super easy. Pretty private backyard to sit and enjoy the deck.
