We had a wonderful stay here! It is located in an area where you can easily walk to shops and restaurants, yet retreat at night to a quiet, fenced-in yard. Everything was spotless, instructions were clear, and the house was well stocked with recommendations. Highly recommend!

My family of five really appreciated having such a nice home! Entire home was decorated nicely. Appliances were new and in great shape. Home was located well for easy access in interstate and things to see in town. Coming from rural Iowa, listening to traffic at night took some time to get used to. Not enough of a deterrent to stay at the home though! Would definitely rent again!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. This place is really nice if you and a big group are wanting to go to Kansas City for a week or a long weekend. Very spacious and felt like home. Beds were super comfortable, and Dylan was very responsive about instructions, and anything we needed help with. I would definitely come back to this location the next time I come up to Kansas City.

This was the perfect stay for my family! There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and many thoughtful touches throughout. We were pleased to find a great brunch spot and used bookstore just a short walk away! So many great memories were made--I highly recommend this home!

Cody’s place was great for our night in KC. Check-in and communication were great. It was spacious for our group of six and quick to get DT or to other areas of town with a car (or Uber).

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We was in with my family at the hospital from out of town. When we arrived at the air bnb it made us feel like we was at home. Definitely going to look at Lance’s place again. We really enjoyed the balcony view and living room area where we could hang out like we was at home. Definitely worth the money and fast WiFi so I could work remote!

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Gloria’s place was amazing!! Clean, close to a lot of restaurants/bars, there is even a little doggie park on the 2nd floor which was so helpful if you’re traveling with your furry friend. Our trip was very short, so we didn’t get to use the pool, which was a bummer. Hopefully next time! Would stay here again :)

Hosts were very friendly greeting us outside when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left. We enjoyed a nice, quiet and restful weekend. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

Loved that they had 3 king beds, made sleeping comfortable for all! Close to a lot of places to eat and close to family which was great!

We came to Kansas City to visit family and Daphne's house was in a perfect location. Target and Trader Joe's (and more) are very close by, so finding groceries for our stay was easy. We particularly liked walking through the neighborhoods (no sidewalks, but very safe walking) and looking at the older homes. We even discovered three original Lustron homes just around the corner (its rare to find just one!). Our stay in Daphne's home was comfortable and pleasant. Very easy to kick back and relax or head out to explore the Kansas City area.

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

Easy place to get to. Perfect for a short overnight stay. Stairs are quite steep and difficult for an elderly dog to climb but grateful they made the place affordable to stay with a dog.

My family and I were in KC for a few nights and this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, easy parking, great hosts, and a clean, unique spot. Would definitely stay here again!
