We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mere’s place! They were very communicative and the house was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right next to the highway and close to downtown and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if back in the Athens area.

We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

Enjoyed our stay. We were in town with family for a wedding and Don's place was the perfect place for our family. Home was exceptionally clean. Loved spending time out on the patio. Location was perfect, close to anywhere we needed to go. The garage was a real nice bonus. Don communicated very well. Would definitely recommend Don's place.

The property and the location could not have been better for us. We were in town from UK for our Nephew's wedding and had a great time staying at Rachel's. Athens is a great place to visit with a lively atmosphere and plenty to see and do. if you are visiting Athens and need a well appointed, comfortable place to stay, then this is it 😊👍

The place looks just like the pictures and is spacious. Entire place was clean, including the bees sheets, bathroom rugs, towels, and the entire floor which feels great the moment you walk in. Private parking and peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Host is friendly, responsive, and leaves you in peace

We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

This spot was really beautiful - it felt like we were in a treehouse. Location is also fantastic and very close to an amazing coffee spot.

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Place was exactly as described and very comfy. Good location in Athens and close to everything. Dean was very responsive and accepted an extension to my booking within minutes of the request. Thanks Dean would love to stay here again.

Clean and easy to check in. Very comfortable beds! Very very responsive host! We had an issue that was not any fault of theirs and they went over and above to help remedy it.

Shirley’s place was lovely. It was exactly like the listing. It was easy to get to, all instructions were clear, and it was incredibly cozy.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great. Walk to great restaurants pubs and UGA campus. The surrounding area is very cute. Always be aware of your surroundings tho.

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!

Great stay at this beautifully renovated apartment in downtown Jefferson with every amenity you could think of (including fully equipped kitchen) to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The host was amazing and very responsive. Much better than a hotel …Highly recommend.

What a perfect location! Center of downtown, so much well within walking distance. Place was very cozy and felt right at home, wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!
