A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Unique ski chalet five minutes from Sugarloaf access road, with snowshoe / XC ski trail from the property that connects to valley trail system. Cozy, all-wood interior with funky bunk bed tower, homey propane stove, and den with bar and large TV. Equally well-suited for families, friends, and responsible mountain enthusiasts! The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

Cozy cottage close to services and diverse recreation with intimate spa. Access to a private beach on foot or a public beach a few minutes' drive away. Boat descent via the private beach. Hiking trails within walking distance in both winter and summer. The Astrolab and Mont Mégantic trails are a 20-minute drive away. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists. A perfect place to enjoy the calm of the region!
