The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

The house is very nice, the pool was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the barbecue garden incredibly. Also, Ms. Gözde is a very helpful host. Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Hello everyone, it was our 2nd stay and we had a complete and quality holiday again as if we were in our own home. Ms. Esra is a very nice and naive person, she answers questions day and night and helps. We spent our holiday as a family with this beautiful view, and I highly recommend you to stay here. The location of the house is 7-8 minutes by car to Ilıcı beach, 15 minutes to Alaçatı center, 5 minutes on foot to Paşa Limanı beach, 1-2 minutes by car, very centrally located and close to everywhere. Since the location of the house is high, it offers the best view of the region. I kindly request that the guests feed the cats while they are staying, please do not neglect them, a bowl of food and a bowl of water...

Mr. Birol and Ms. Firdevs did their best to make our vacation go well before we even got home. Since we stayed more than 2 people, they provided us with an extra foldable bed, guided us in Dalyan the day we checked in and out, and even left us by car to our destination. At the same time, the house is a good accommodation option with its pool, garden and comfortable rooms around Dalyan. We thank the hosts again and definitely recommend this house to those who want to have a holiday in the area.

The house is on the hill, but we didn't have any problems when leaving by car. We had a little difficulty finding it because the navigation could not provide a pinpoint location, but we did not have any problems after the host informed us. The house was tidy, clean, spacious and beautiful as shown in the photos. The equipment in the house was also complete. We didn't need anything. The beds were comfortable, only the pillows could have been a little softer. It is in a quiet, calm, beautiful and relaxing area. It's a great place for those looking for peace. It is a 10-minute drive to the beach, the port. Karaburun center can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Since there is no shopping opportunity in the village, needs can be met from the center or the port area. Overall, it was nice and relaxing. Thanks

We really enjoyed Basak's place. It was peaceful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Although it's up hill there are supermarkets and shops at walking distance. The kite school is only 20 mts walk. URLA is a nice town and it's about 15' drive from the house.

A home where you can go with your eyes closed. It was very clean and tidy. All the items we needed were available. Mr. Hakan is a wonderful host. He even brought us a holiday dessert:) Karaburun is a region we love very much. This place was extra beautiful. A rare opportunity for those seeking peace and tranquility. We didn't have a house to stay in Karaburun, but we say we do now.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel like we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)
