Vacation rentals with breakfast in İzmir

Güneş's place was perfect for relaxing, the complex is large and the rooms are clean. There is also a pool and plenty of opportunities for sitting and lying. The accommodation is very good if you have a car, as you live between Cesme and Izmir center and from there you can get to all places quite quickly without any problems. Overall, a perfect place to stay. I would recommend it and come again myself.

From the moment I checked in, everything was extremely professional and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and quite comfortable. It was an ideal place to relax because it was a quiet and peaceful environment. Thanks to the central location of the hotel, we were able to walk to quality, popular and preferred businesses. Mr. Gökçen was very helpful and friendly. The price was definitely above my expectations in terms of performance. I will choose it again when I come back, I highly recommend it ❤️

Although we stayed for one night, they welcomed us very nicely. We stayed in a loft apartment, it was much cleaner than the pet-friendly places, which surprised me, it was a nice experience If we are lucky, it is one of the places where we will stay for a long time in our next holidays.

First of all, the attendants were very helpful. Since the check-in time is 2pm, we set ourselves accordingly and put it over half an hour and reached the location, but the room wasn't ready yet. It was stressful to come all the time with our cat and wait in front of the door, but thanks to them on the way out, they offered the same flexibility. The housekeeping was very good, but my humble advice would be to put at least a small broom and vileda bucket in the house because when they stay for a long time, they inevitably want to clean every day when there is a pet. We asked the attendant for a broom and a vileda, they helped, but we couldn't reach him every day, of course, so we felt this lack. There were no mosquito nets on our balcony door, maybe our room was just missing it. Unfortunate, our next door neighbor was the young people chasing each other in the hallway with laughter every morning, and it was very difficult for us, but the attendants helped him too after our complaint. It deserves the full star for its location and being a modern and attentive home. Thank you.

I should preface this review by stating that we weren’t Başka’s typical Turkish tourists but rather tourists from California. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ersin generously took the time to communicate with us (via translation app) despite the language barrier, making sure our needs were met and just being personable. The property has gorgeous gardens and views of Urla throughout, and the accommodations were clean and new. We also thoroughly enjoyed thoughtfully prepared meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The pool was also well kept and refreshing. Many thanks to Ersin and his team for a relaxing time in Urla!

Amazing views over the castle, which you can enjoy whilst sitting in the spa and drinking a class of wine, comfy bed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast and peaceful location!

Sandra's place was in a great location, walkable to all the shops and the boardwalk in Kusadasi. She has a rooftop terrace with an outstanding panoramic view. The breakfast she provides as part of the stay is awesome... eggs, fresh fruit, fresh baked bread from a local bakery, and coffee or Turkish tea. Sandra is great at communicating and told us all about the town and had great local restaurant recommendations. We were treated like family and felt right at home. Highly recommend.

I expect ، that there a better location and services at lower prices in the area🤙. * There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom to the entire room when the ventilation fan was turned on

It’s located in the center of Alaçati town, close and walkable to everything yet very quiet. The room is well decorated and the breakfast is the BEST among our whole 2 weeks trip in turkey, so delicious and fresh. If you are driving there, you might need to park outside and then walk in, a bit tricky to walk on the pebble way with luggage. You can park in the alley like everyone else does. It’s safe, no need to park in the paid parking lot.

There are many options in Alaçatı, and I had a hard time choosing, but from now on, this will be my only choice. When you get directions from the map, it directs you to the street right above the hotel, transportation to here is easy and parking is easy, you can walk from the car to the hotel in 1 minute. From the moment we first entered, the staff was very friendly and smiling, thank you all. The interior of the room is beautifully designed, the view from the balcony is great. The only negative thing I experienced is that it is a little difficult to take a shower in the shower because I am tall, but it was not a problem even though the bathroom was wet. Breakfast is nice and delicious, it is enjoyable by the pool, the pool is clean and there are enough sun loungers. I didn't take a photo, but it's great for those who like to post stories:)

We had a pleasant stay in Bagar’s place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and they took care of the few things we asked for immediately , like Iron, extra blanket… Communication was good, the young man that was taking care of the place spoke English and was very helpful, he carried our luggage up the few steps to our rooms on the ground floor. We parked our car in front of the property.

Overall I had a great stay and the terrace was lovely!
