Vacation rentals in Ivanica

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Great night in this accommodation, spacious, 2 bathrooms and several air conditioners At the border, BEWARE of exceeding packages, it can surprise I highly recommend it. The host speaks good English and was very nice to us, welcoming and gave us good advice

Amazing venue. Everything you need. Beautiful views. Infinity pool superb. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for 8 people. Lots to do in the property. Very spacious. Easy access to local restaurants and to the City of Dubrovnik by car. Could not have asked for more. Hosts were very flexible and helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay.

We had a great time at our host Mirsad's. He is very welcoming, warm, available, kind, takes the time and is very attentive to his guests. Even the language barrier is not a problem, he uses ChatGPT :) Very nice accommodation, an apartment in a house where we have access to the pool. Quiet & peaceful place. Value for money excellent. Accommodation next to the Bosnian border, 20 min drive to Dubrovnik. Thanks to him, we have an excellent memory of Bosnia. Thank you, Mirsad

The villa is in a new development. Practically the house was about to premiere. All new. Very spacious rooms as well as bathrooms, with very modern showers. The modern kitchen open to the living room, with premium appliances, was very nice to be together. The far sea views are spectacular from the swimming-pool area. From the villa we were able to visit Dubrovnik and some nearby beaches, also Montenegro and the city of Kotor as well as the Kravice Falls in Bosnia. A place to stay as long as you can afford. In our case it was five days although we wish we could have been longer. During the stay, Tijana would answer our doubts in less than 5 minutes, to know where the pool waterfall remote was, the night lights, etc. The very comfortable outdoor hammocks. I almost wanted to sleep there. The pool is always cleaned from check in. The villa is completely luxury.

The villa was large , beautiful and very isolated. The view was lovely with a view of Croatia and the sea. It was so spacious that three families can easily stay there separately, all with their own kitchen and dining room. (The wifi didn't work in one apartment). We were a bit unfortunate with the weather but we still got a lot out of our stay. The reason the price was so reasonable must be that place is on the Bosnian side and a must over a border crossing to get to Dubrovnik. For us who wanted to see 3 countries it was not a problem. The host was nice and responded and fixed things quickly. The only downside we experienced were the showers that had not steadily flow of hot water which made it difficult to shower. Recommend shopping in Trebinje instead of Dubrovnik for price. This place is recommended.

This house is perfect for larger groups as it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are stunning! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Note to future guests, we had some difficulty finding the house - the road to get to it is directly behind the border control station. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near Dubrovnik, Croatia. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely loved the hot tub and the breathtaking view over Dubrovnik. The place was well-equipped and very clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and very friendly, providing helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend this place!
