Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Creature comforts include a full kitchen, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Roku TV with Netflix and other apps included. This house is well stocked. This home sits on a large corner lot with a double car garage and large yard! Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a corral for horses, a water trough, and a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, traveling horse owners, business travelers, and groups. We specialize in renting to hunters during prime hunting seasons.

Three bedrooms each have full size beds. Living room has two sofas. The living space is only available by stairs, so is not handicap accessible. It may also not be suitable for small children. Commercial space below offers day memberships to shared workspace.

This duplex is perfect to bring the whole family or for a couples getaway.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
