The apartment is amazing, well structured, comfortable, everything very clean. Well located, restaurants and tourist spots nearby, and most amazingly, from inside the apartment you can see the sea (balcony and the two bedrooms), in one of the bedrooms, lying in bed the view of the sea brings a tranquility and a peace, wonderful view. Raphael is super friendly and attentive. Amei being staying in this apartment!

My stay at Allana's apartment was perfect, everything just like the advertised, quiet location, I felt at home, impeccable cleanliness, organization, had everything I needed, not to mention the wonderful view of the sea and the penthouse with the pool that was wonderful Allana is always very attentive, a sweetheart, I loved it 🥰🥰❤️

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as were the common areas of the condominium, everything very well taken care of. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back at the next opportunity!

Seu Manoel and his wife were very kind, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. The condominium is well located and the condominium is wonderful.

Very comfortable and cozy space. The structure of the place served us very well. The balcony is a very good size, much larger than the “conventional” ones. The building has a lot to facilitate and serve the guest during the stay (gym, smart market, beach access/walking distance to the sand). The service team was very helpful and always responded with great attention. I recommend it.

Cozy, comfortable, extremely clean, well maintained, fragrant and fully equipped with a very nice balcony. Exactly as in the advertised photos. The building is perfect, clean, well located in front of the beach, offers a gym, a wonderful pool and a very nice area to rest on the rooftop. The host Jaqueline is great, very attentive, helpful, answers questions, responds super fast, gave us great tips. Our stay was perfect, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!!

Many positive points, starting with the location (which I already knew), you have quick access to the beach, restaurants, malls, bakeries, pharmacies, markets. We were greeted with great sympathy by the reception staff, the apartment matches the photos, super comfortable bed, perfectly accommodates two people and has a balcony on the beach side. I recommend and would come back more often. The pool in the upper area is a good size, we didn't get to use it, but the area is comfortable.

Being at Casa Aratu is more than spending the weekend in a beach house. But it is to be in a lost paradise, to get in touch with nature, it is to feel freedom within the short space-time. Casa Aratu brings in itself peace and connection with nature. City Council brings tranquility and calmness. The fishing village is a charm and, although it does not have as much infrastructure, this is the fact that it turns the place into a spectacle. Gabriela welcomed us in an incredible way by always being very helpful and assisting us in the doubts of how to proceed. I will return more often if my life allows. And when that happens I hope to find Casa Aratu with the same peace I found this time.

Great place to rest. Condomínio super complete and facing the sea. Beach is wonderful, clean, little mess, hot water, very safe. The apartment is very spacious, all air-conditioned, a delight. You just need to improve the linen, better sheets, towels and others. I'll be back for sure !!!!

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

Karina's accommodation is simply perfect! The apartment is beautiful and we received it very clean and fragrant. It has everything you need for a great stay and has quality bed and bath linens. The bed is very comfortable and the decor is beautiful! The location is the strong point, as it allows you to do everything on foot safely (near a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, market, bakery and everything the waterfront offers), in addition to the wonderful balcony view of the sea. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the doormen are very friendly and helpful! Karina was very attentive, friendly and helpful, an excellent host! We recommend this accommodation with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back!
