Beachfront vacation rentals in Itapororoca

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

We had an amazing family week at this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleanliness was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: various appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and easy access to the pool and beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large and clean swimming pool, waterfall, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, who turned the garbage over at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I recommend it enthusiastically and hope to return soon!

Mercilya's Flat is fantastic! The balcony is certainly the highlight, with a surreal view of Cabo Branco Beach. The host is extremely polite and gave us several tips about the region. We spent 11 days in the space and the Flat met the demand easily with all the necessary utensils for the number of days. We highly recommend it!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

I had a great experience at this hotel! The atmosphere is extremely cozy, with a pleasant and welcoming decor that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The location is another strong point — it is in a central area, with easy access to several restaurants, malls and attractions of the city, which makes the stay even more practical and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable and organized room. The service is also worth mentioning: Lara was very attentive, helpful and cordial throughout my stay. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, a good location and a quiet environment to relax!!!

We very much like Vanessa's accommodation. Excellent location in the Caribessa neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. Comfortable with a wonderful sofa bed for two people, since we were a family of four. Beautiful rooftop with a pool and a nice place to spend time. We missed some useful items for our stay and the host was very proactive in solving it. We would definitely go back to the Flat. We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a season in João Pessoa!

Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with my family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of pictures there and they were beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

We loved the accommodation, very nice place, very new and organized apartment, very complete kitchen utensils, apartment just like the photos, it also has a hair dryer and hair straightener, electric iron, everything new!! Family trip, me, my daughter and my mother, we were very well accommodated in the flat! Beach Haus is very well located, new building, great pool, it is possible to enter through the front and back of the building, in the back it is in front of the beach, suitable for bathing, with a beautiful sunrise!! And about the host, Eriwertton, always very attentive, and willing to help with everything, even gave us some tips on tours and places to visit!! Finally, we loved everything!

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

Accommodation with a great location in Cabedelo, Intermares. Super functional space for a couple. All as described on the listing. Super nice, polite and courteous flat staff. We rent bicycles (interbikes cabedelo with Aguinaldo and Dona Auxiliadora, super sweet, I recommend) for getting around between some beaches, such as Poço and Camboinha. Flat has a bicycle rack.
