The stay is very good. On check-in time it was quite flexible. There is a relatively close bus to get to the airport, though I expected the airport to be closer. The house is very hot and the giant terrace and with sofas. I didn't figure out how to get down to the beach or if it was allowed and not access. We went four and no problem with the space, at the end of the day we spent very little time in the area since there was hardly anything to see and eat. Comfortable beds and pillows. I meet my expectations

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place at a great location. We had a lovely time during our stay. Host was also attentive and communicative.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Our stay at Cinzia's was fantastic. Everything was great, from booking to check-out. The apartment is perfect for couples who want to do a lot on the beach or on the shopping/restaurant promenade and at the same time are looking for a super beautiful, modern apartment. An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a home for a few days, it was a refuge, a peaceful corner that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, kind without effort, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always in a rush, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

Krystyna was amazing. Her and her family were so sweet and welcoming to us. On top of that she was so understanding and very responsive to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in a beautiful space to relax and unwind.

Anna was a Lovely Host very friendly & helpful, we had a short stay due to travel commitments but the accommodation was Exceptionally clean comfortable and had everything and more for a cozy stay, there were also eating options a short walk away & the beach area

Very clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a courtyard where you can relax after an active day in the center of Rome, just what you need. The atmosphere is calm, like being at home in a countryside house. They helped us with the airport transfer, Maria met us and drove us to the house. The owner also provided helpful advice on the best way to get to Rome, which was very much appreciated. I recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway outside of Rome.

I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

Romano's place was lovely, comfy bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine, local surroundings like shops etc perfect for breakfast and dinner, bus stop a few minutes away to get to city, only downside was the WiFi wasn't working, would definitely book again, well worth the money we paid

Beautiful apartment in an absolutely central location. You have to know that there are 70 steps to the apartment. Great large roof terrace with sea views through the central location, of course, at night on the weekend, not quiet, which was not so good, was the second bed (which was the pull-out couch, not optimal for the back) everything clear refrigerator freezer compartment…. We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back and traveled by public transport on site. We then went swimming at Bagno Batitsta.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The accommodations were fantastic, what a great location! The apartment felt like a home away from home with easy access to so many incredible sights. We enjoyed the ample space, comfortable bed, charming spiral staircase, and quiet courtyard.

Close to a public beach (400m) and airport (about 5km on foot), supermarket about 500m, poor public transport connection to the center of Rome, at least 2 transfers, taxi price about 55 EUR

Unique and beautifully decorated space. There were too many special little touches to list. From the high ceilings with murals to the modern well equipped kitchen, attention to details was obvious. Paolo was friendly and very helpful with local information. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Rome.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!
