Vacation rentals with a patio in Isola d' Elba

Logement conforme aux photos: très bien équipé. L'accès au village de Capoliveri est aisé (même à pieds) La très grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants. Le seul bémol pourrait être la douche, relativement étroite. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et recommandons ce logement.

Molto difficile sintetizzare quanto è stato bello essere ospiti di Alberto che fin dai primi contatti è sempre stato squisitamente gentile, ci ha attese all' arrivo con premurosa attenzione mostrandoci la sua stupenda casa che è decisamente più bella che nelle foto e le necessarie informazioni. La casa a qualsiasi ora è piena di luce e di spazi squisitamente arredati che il mare a volte lo dimentichi ... No n conoscevo Marciana Marina, ma grazie a questa splendida settimana sono certa che tornerò molto presto . Grazie Alberto 🌹

Alloggio situato in posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Porto Azzurro e spostarsi nelle altre zone dell'Isola. Parcheggio libero molto ampio a pochi metri dell'alloggio. Ambiente tranquillo e riservato. Grazie!

Appartamento semplice e confortevole all’interno di un complesso tranquillo, immerso nel verde dell’Isola d’Elba. Chiara è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile con consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove andare. In questo periodo l’isola, con le sue spiagge cristalline e i sentieri panoramici, è ideale per chi ama natura e mare.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ben pulito, arredamento moderno e ben fornito (coperte, cuscini extra, ..). Presenti prese USB, bagni grandi e funzionali. La cucina ha tutto l'occorrente necessario, anch'essa ben arredata. Presenti due balconi, entrambi con possibilità di mangiar fuori. Presente zona "lounge" e due lettini sul terrazzo che da sul mare. Non si può non sentirsi in vacanza. Posizione ideale per chi desidera non essere in pieno centro, molto tranquillo e la vista è semplicemente magnifica. L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (presente sia spiaggia libera che possibilità di noleggio lettini/ombrellone) e in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/negozio alimentari). Eravamo in quattro adulti, gli spazi erano funzionali. Presenti posteggi coperti. Decisamente consigliato!

La casa ha una terrazza con vista incantevole, la posizione per la spiaggia degli stecchi è davvero comoda perché si raggiunge in un minuto, con un bimbo piccolo ci ha svoltato la vacanza. La spiaggia è davvero bella. Con 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge Capoliveri dove poter cenare ogni sera in un ristorante diverso. La casa era pulita al nostro arrivo e anche la biancheria era impeccabile. Necessita di un po' di manutenzione ordinaria che mi posso aspettare per un soggiorno a fine stagione, ma non per un soggiorno a giugno. Host sempre disponibile e amichevole. Parcheggio riservato molto comodo.

L’appartamento e’ dotato di tutti i confort in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro di Procchio. Ha inoltre un bellissimo spazio esterno vivibile nelle belle sere estive. Michela che ci ha seguito sia al check-in che check-out e’ sempre stata super disponibile e carina nei nostri confronti . Lo consiglio a tutti, spero di tornarci presto.

Siamo stati qua con amici nella settimana di Ferragosto, location stupenda! Casa ampia immersa nel verde ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal paese e a 15 min di passeggiata dal mare. La jacuzzi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Le camere sono belle e comode, in ogni stanza praticamente c’è l’aria condizionata, in cucina c’era tutto il necessario per cucinare e ben 2 macchinette da caffè. Una a cialde e l’altra a chicchi, entrambe di ottima qualità. C’era addirittura un po’ di scorta di cibo, come la pasta, tonno in scatola, biscotti, fette biscottate… insomma questo soggiorno ha superato di tanto le nostre aspettative. Siamo andati via ieri e già vorremmo tornare. È proprio un piccolo paradiso. L’Host, Massimo, è sempre stato disponibile e si è interessato a sapere come stesse andando la vacanza più di una volta. Consigliatissimo!!!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

Wir haben als Familie schöne Tage auf Elba verbracht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, der schōne Sandstrand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren alleine in dem Ferienhaus, es war ruhig und alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben mōchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit den Eigentümern und Ivana. Ivana lebt auf Elba und kümmert sich um alles vor Ort. Sie ist bezaubernd und stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Procchio ist ein sehr netter kleiner Ort! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage fanden wir ebenfalls grundsätzlich gut, lediglich die Hauptstraße war tagsüber recht laut. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Francesco und Jessica waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten anfangs etwas Verspätung durch die Fähre doch wir waren immer in Kontakt und konnten so flexibel einchecken. Francesco hat auf uns gewartet und uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle läd zum grillen ein. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes bequemes Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und es gab Shampoo etc. für 1-2 Tage. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Ort Porto Azzuro hat genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fijn appartement met als pluspunten de loggia met zeezicht en een parkeerplek voor de deur. Dichtbij restaurants en strand, via een korte route. Marciana Marina is een rustig en gezellig dorp. Grappig is dat er een gekende serie wordt opgenomen bij Barlume aan de haven.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Semplicemente perfetto.

Da Floriana ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio, la comunicazione è stata ottima e siamo arrivati all' alloggio senza alcuna difficoltà. La casa è a Lido di Capoliveri, a 15 minuti dal porto, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai primi servizi di necessità, ristorante e bar e a poco più di 5 minuti di auto da Porto azzurro e 10 minuti da Capoliveri quindi posizione eccellente. Pulizia eccellente, casa arredata con qualità e gusto e host attenta e subito pronta a soddisfare qualche richiesta in più con rapidità e cortesia. Confermiamo le ottime recensioni precedenti, casa imperdibile per una vacanzina all' Elba! Alla prossima!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Küchen- und Essplatz-Dinge, die das Verweilen angenehm machen. Herrlicher Blick. Auch nächtlich lebhaftes Gassengewirr drumherum. Also eher nichts für Stille-Fanatiker. Lange steile Treppe zur Wohnung, dafür über den Dächern der verwinkelten Altstadt. Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Die Bau Substanz ist Hochwertig. Es ist super Sauber, alles was man braucht hat es vorhanden. Die Lage ist Génial, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Roberto hat uns aufmerksam gemacht über die Streik von der Fähre. Er ist sehr Freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde sofort nochmals mit Roberto Buchen. Danke für die tolle Woche .

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
