Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful Airbnb, in a very convenient to Fondamenta Nove for water taxis and taking the alilaguna to and from the airport. Comfortable apt, clean and close to shops and restaurants. My favorite neighborhood. Highly recommended. We hope to return!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Great place and Andrea is a great host.

The accommodation is beautiful and is in a very quiet area – perfect for switching off and relaxing. The entire complex is reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside and exudes a wonderful, Mediterranean atmosphere. Despite several parties, you have a lot of privacy here, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly designed. A small point deduction: The kitchen could be a little better equipped. Otherwise, it was a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

Comfortable and spacious apartment...access to the really warm and pleasant pool. Recommended

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly stay there again. It was just perfect.

What a cute and comfortable place in the quiet mostly car free part of the city with an easy walk to everything. Fantastic hosts with great communication and who obviously give a lot of thought and care to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Will stay here again next time I’m visiting Chioggia.

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment, on the second floor, is very beautiful, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but the space is even more pleasant and welcoming in person. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to get around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return. We highly recommend this place!

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

Our family enjoyed our stay and had lots of room for our family of four. The showcase was obviously the living room and the view of the canal and being able to watch the gondolas go by. Mr Sandy was great to communicate with and checked in on us to ensure we had the things we needed. The flat is located in a nice area with less than 15 min walk to area attractions and restaurants and shopping right around the corner.

A lovely little apartment with everything you need. Perfectly located for exploring the Delta della Po, with its beautiful nature and excellent local cuisine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Riccardo’s place was a pleasure through and through. Absolutely zero complaints about the stay, they made the check-in very helpful and easy. The place itself was well worth the cost and I strongly recommend it if you want an easy trip to the island of Venice.

We had a very nice time, the apartment is practical and very well located. At the same time it is quiet. You have everything you need. Andrea was very helpful, friendly and always immediately available. We will be happy to come back!

My parents and I enjoyed our brief stay in this cozy apartment. It is very central and comfortable. We slept well! The bed room, which faces away from the street, is very quiet. I slept on the (comfortable) pull-out couch in the living room facing the street, which is exposed to intermittent noise, however, I half-inserted some ear plugs and slept like a baby, even though I’m a light sleeper. Also appreciated that the shower water gets warm instantly!
