Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The apartment is located in an idyllic wasteland and is surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to go for a walk and relax. The accommodation offers a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Next to it is a handicapped-accessible bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The location is ideal for visiting the Erding thermal spa, excursions to Munich, and for the Riem trade fair.

The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

There is a walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. A seating area is available in front of the entrance area.
