With a functional and fresh feeling decor, this fully equipped apartment is an excellent option for beach lovers seeking a romantic or relaxing get-away. The apartment has a side ocean view from the balcony but, the building is ocean front property. All you need to do is open the rear gate and step right onto the beach you see in the picture. There are hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes from the airport! Street parking only.

The condo is practically located on Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. You can book tours to many famous sites, directly by the beach in front of the El San Juan Hotel. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.
