We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. The apartment is a very cozy, warm place, completely air conditioned with an excellent ocean front view balcony. You will enjoy the best sunrises from your bed or balcony. The condominium has direct access to a great beach that you can do snorkeling, beach strolls, go diving, rent some water sports like jet ski, parasailing or take surfing classes. We are located in a Peninsula so you can decide from 2 different beach scenes. Also walking distance to various Hotels, bars, and restaurants.
