Nyrenoverat, grill & uteplats, 150 m till havet

Bostaden är helt nyrenoverad (2022) och är en del i en villa, men helt separat med egen ingång. Parkering finns i anslutning till lägenheten och för den som föredrar att åka buss ligger hållplatsen precis utanför. Till havet är det ca 150 meter och till Ica Nära i Grundsund ca 450 meter. Även restauranger och badplatser finns på gångavstånd (sommar). Lägenheten är ca 35 kvm och har två rum och kök samt ett badrum och en liten hall. Utanför bostaden finns uteplats med bord och stolar samt grill.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Lägenheten på ca 60 kvm fördelat på 2 plan ligger i en ladugård med utsikt över ängarna bara 5 min promenadavstånd från Göta Älv. Det finns ett fullutrustat kök och det ingår lakan och handdukar. Buss finns 2 km bort som tar dej till Älvängen där du kan ta pendeltåget till Göteborg på 20 minuter. i Älvängen centrum finns allt du kan tänka dej i service mataffärer, apotek, skoaffär, blomsteraffär mm. I Ale kommun finns det golf, vandringsstigar, cykelvägar, paddlingsmöjligheter, fiskevatten mm.

Grundsund - en underbar plats.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Huset är utmärkt skick och innehåller det ni behöver för några dagars skön avkoppling eller en mer aktiv semester. Uteplatser i flera väderstreck med möbler för mat och vila. Ta dusch i vår utedusch och njut sedan en stund i spabadet. Det är mindre än 10 minuters promenad till sköna havsbad. Har du mer bråttom kan du låna en cykel. Skaftö är fantastiskt med sköna bad, härliga och spännande promenader och vandringar.

Cozy little cottage in Grundsund

Welcome to stay in our cozy cottage in the middle of the village, only a five minute walk from the picturesque harbor, restaurants, shops and salty baths. The house is about 25 m2 and on the first floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and living area with a sofabed. There is a folding ladder that takes you up to the loft with two beds. You share garden with the main building but you have a private part of the garden and your own enclosed terrace.
