Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento nel cuore di Ortigia, a due passi dal mercato e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche dell'isola. Leggermente più lontano il teatro antico e l'area archeologica, comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Nei dintorni è possibile trovare ristoranti popolari ma di notevole qualità. Il quartiere è interamente pedonale, essendo un'antica medina araba. L'appartamento è moderno e funzionale, molto fresco e areato, con un'ampia terrazza senza vis-à-vis. Wi-fi funziona perfettamente, è una comodissima base per esplorare la città. L'host è estremamente reattivo, raggiungibile su Whattshup e sulla piattaforma, per qualsiasi bisogno urgente o meno.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Die Casa Nache ist extrem liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Sofort habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Anna hat sehr rasch und zuvorkommend kommuniziert und auf Nachrichten immer super nett reagiert. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich absolut: sie ist fantastisch. Sofort würde ich wieder dort wohnen!

Lucas Wohnung ist richtig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation immer schnell und verlässlich. Zur Cala Rossa, zum Dom, zum Markt - man spaziert in alle Richtungen nur 10 Minuten. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Carmelo's space was a perfect quiet escape from the busy town right outside the door. It is the perfect location on Ortigia being so close to the only "beach" on the island, and located on the main street that you can walk to get anywhere! This was my first time visiting and I only needed a map once- the location makes it seamless to go explore and easily recognize your way back. You'll feel like a local stepping off the hot beautiful street and directly into this cool quiet apartment. Carmelo was very responsive for any questions I had and was very helpful during my stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and perfect for my 1 week stay.

Onestamente un'ottima esperienza, la signora è stata gentilissima e squisita, ci ha dato ottime informazioni, e la struttura è davvero comoda. Tutto risulta in ordine, e la signora cerca di fare stare al meglio i propri ospiti. La struttura è davvero grande, qualche piccolo dettaglio potrebbe non essere perfetto, ma l'ottima posizione, il parcheggio gratuito nella strada, e la disponibilità della signora, sono un plus importante. Inoltre, è da segnalare l'ottima e abbondante colazione (non certo due brioches in croce). Siamo stati davvero bene, se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa sicuramente sarebbe la nostra prima scelta.

Paolo foi ágil na comunicação, fizemos a reserva para duas noites na véspera. Isabella nos recebeu para deixar nossa bagagem antes do check in, o que nos ajudou bastante em nossos passeios por Siracusa. A casa tem tudo o que gostamos de encontrar em uma locação no Airbnb. Outros proprietários deveriam aprender com Paolo e Isabella como deve ser uma casa para locação. É fácil de estacionar a poucos metros da casa.

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

Stunning home with a beautiful pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Alessandro. Gerade mit kleinem Kind gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten wie einen Pool, eine große Wiese zum Spielen und besonders das Baumhaus! Die Nähe zum Meer zu Fuß ist schön (wenige Minuten bis zu einem kleinen Einstieg an einem Steinstrand, ein Sandstrand zum Liegen ist besser mit dem Auto erreichbar). Alessandro hat uns bei Fragen geholfen und war gut erreichbar!

Salvatore a été adorable. Le jardin est magnifique et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Logement idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Très bonne literie. nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

The place is absolutely amazing, high quality build and decorations in everything, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is the best I have seen, including hotel pools, as it’s deep enough at one end (well over 2 meters) to jump in and has a spring board. Location is near a road but it’s well isolated enough that you can’t see the traffic and it’s quiet, just a beautiful retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a big dining room. Hosts are perfect - very responsive when you need them, non intrusive when you don’t. You need a car, but location next to Siracuse is perfect with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. We would definitely return!

The host was extremely lovely and accommodating. The villa was beautiful and was perfect for hosting of dinners in the evening. The standout was the terrace which offered beautiful views - Germana was our host and was a pleasure to speak with. Was a great place for a getaway with the girls!!

This place was in amazing location and is walkable to all the lively spots on the island. Andrea was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He responds right away, was always there for questions and gave us recommendations for the entire city so we did feel in great hands. I recommend this place to everybody. The Airbnb was very clean and had all we needed for our 3 day trip! Stay here Andrea will take great care of you.

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

This was one of our favourite stays in Sicily. Comfy beds, blockout curtains. Fabulous kitchen with quality pans and necessities. Glamorous bathrooms. Excellent communication. Lovely gifts on arrival- including prosecco and sweet biscuits. Great location with easy parking but totally walkable to all the sites. Best location in Ortigia as it is hard to access by car and you would have to walk for ages with bags to other apartments. Host was absolutely delightful. Could not recommend more! Huge bedrooms and showers.

l’emplacement est top. il est proche de tout, tout en étant au calme. les attentions laissées par Titty sont tres appréciables. sans rencontrer Titty, elle a été présente tout au long de notre sejour par ses conseils , sa gentillesse, ses recommandations. Otigie est a voir absolument.

Това е страхотен апартамент в стара сграда в сърцето на старият град. Много добре декориран апартамент има всичко от което се нуждаехме . Това което отличава мястото е невероятното отношение на домакините . Настаниха ни изключително бързо , въпреки , че резервирах мястото в последният момент. Отговориха веднага и направиха най-топлото посрещане , което сме имали до момента в Сицилия. Усигуриха всичко което ми бе нужно за бебето, въпреки , че нямах предварителна заявка .
