We had a wonderful stay here! We spent a month attending the nearby Italian school and this flat was perfectly located to attend the school. It was spacious and clean and was extremely comfortable. The view was beautiful and we loved having our morning coffee on the patio. Very attentive and friendly hosts too! Walking to Ortigia took around 30-40 minutes and we loved getting our steps in from that. I would definitely stay here again!

Without a doubt, Cesare and his family are the best. We arrived very late due to a flight delay, and Leonardo was waiting for us. His kindness and enthusiasm made us feel at home from the first day in Sicily. Cesare always cared about us, which made us feel like friends rather than tenants. Due to our poor planning, we had to ask Cesare for a lot of help, and he fully showed his enthusiasm and professionalism to let us know more about this beautiful place in Siracusa. Not to mention the clean and tidy apartment, which is very beautiful and modern, and has an absolutely beautiful window view. The soundproofing is very good, you can hardly hear the sound of the washing machine running or the shower in the bathroom. In short, I highly recommend it to people who travel here by car. There is free parking, a convenience store nearby, and the neighbors are quiet and very comfortable. You wil have many times to do there. I really really enjoyed it and hope to see Cesare again!

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

We had the most magical 7 days in this apartment, experiencing true Ortigia , watching every sunrise from the roof top terrace and feeling welcomed and at home. Don’t expect a hotel environment, the apartment has a life of its own and will only add to your experience of really being in ortigia. In the same time it’s comfy spacious and leaves room for privacy with the bedrooms on different levels. I would definitely come back Thanks to Aurore who was a wonderful host ! Stefania

A fabulous apartment that exceeded our expectations. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Location fabulous, free parking space n surrounding streets, great neighbourhood restaurants & only 15 mins walk into Ortigia (more great restaurants). Very well equipped kitchen; added bonus was the dishwasher! I’d definitely recommend staying here :)

Francesca and Samuele are wonderful hosts! The place was perfect and Samuele always responded quickly to all inquiries. Highly recommended!

Marinella was a gracious and welcoming host. She gave us clear instructions and came to meet us in person-a nice extra that doesn’t always happen. She recommended a great restaurant for my husband’s birthday, and other places around of interest. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated-we felt “Sicily” everywhere, especially with the lovely antique furniture and unique ceramic and other art pieces. We particularly enjoyed the great rainfall shower and beautiful courtyard. Even though the apartment is on street level, there are privacy blinds and even with a restaurant right next door, the area was quiet and peaceful. We slept well and woke happy.

The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were perfect and the area was walkable. Viviana’s recommendations of where to eat/shop/go to the beach were very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The apartment has incredibly beautiful views and the best sunset view. However, you should be aware that the apartment is located directly on the promenade with many restaurants and it is a bit noisy - especially Friday and Saturday. Alberto is super friendly and has always accommodated us. The amenities are great.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

This was one of our favourite stays in Sicily. Comfy beds, blockout curtains. Fabulous kitchen with quality pans and necessities. Glamorous bathrooms. Excellent communication. Lovely gifts on arrival- including prosecco and sweet biscuits. Great location with easy parking but totally walkable to all the sites. Best location in Ortigia as it is hard to access by car and you would have to walk for ages with bags to other apartments. Host was absolutely delightful. Could not recommend more! Huge bedrooms and showers.

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

We had the most amazing stay at 'Flying Whales'. It was super easy to find and Leandro's mum, Rosy gave us great instructions for our arrival. She also left us some wine and goodies which was super thoughtful🥰 and even checked in with us by text during the holiday to check all was good. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish and the icing on the cake is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular views. It's an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia and we were sad to leave, but hoping to come and stay at your lovely apartment again.

Couldn't reccomend Elena's beautiful apartment more!! Honestly 10/10 on every aspect. Extremely responsive and kind host. The views are incredible, super clean well maintained pool and surroundings, private community & away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 30 min drive into central Catania. The apartment itsself was exactly as described and had a greatly equipped kitchen for home cooked meals.

Great location with a beautiful pool and lots of sunlight due to the orientation of the property. The parking is secure behind a gate, and it’s especially convenient if your car has decent ground clearance. The check-in process was smooth and easy, even without the owner present. Although the host's English isn't perfect, he is very friendly and communication was never an issue. The single usable floor is nicely furnished, and it was a lovely touch to have olive oil, vinegar, and salt available in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's also a good BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and the peaceful rural area with a sunny pool was a highlight. A few improvements in the kitchen and minor fixes could make the experience even better, but the positives definitely outweighed the small details.

This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely experienced some depression upon checking out the space was so great. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Will visit again… and again!

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

We had a wonderful week at Paola's apartment. It was actually just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. You wake up with the sound of the sea, the sun over the sea, it's magnificent! There are, if you are willing to drive some car, many possibilities for nice excursions, a very nice sandy beach is just five minutes away (Agnone Bagni). The people you meet are very friendly, the food delicious, the climate in October perfect. Everything is available in the apartment, you can also cook for yourself if you like. Paola is a perfect host, there are many good tips and suggestions, she can be contacted at any time. Ketty, as a local contact, was also very friendly and helpful. We say: Thank you, it was beautiful. The only (small) drawback: The pool overall does not invite you to swim and play, it is somewhat outdated. However, there is the beach and the sea, which is a lot anyway

Marco was a fantastic host. He guided us confidently with all the help through the rather tricky driveway (the apartment is located in a very winding, by the way not barrier-free complex, which in turn is in a kind of "gadet community" with many other resorts and holiday homes, which can only be passed through a barrier and gates. We were incredibly lucky and were almost the only guests in the complex. So we had the great and very clean pool almost to ourselves. In general, everything was very quiet and peaceful and we were almost alone. The view from Marco's terrace is fantastic. Very, very fantastic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Depending on the time of day, some sun, some shade. Simply outstanding. The complex/apartment from the 60s has a great charm, though a bit outdated;) Unfortunately, we searched in vain for access to the sea. Many paths were blocked or overgrown. Thank you, Marco!🫶

We stayed at Delia's for three nights. The apartment on the ground floor of the detached house consists of a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining table and sitting area. In addition, a cozy bedroom, a small bathroom and an adjoining room with two beds for children traveling with you. Since we are traveling by car, getting to downtown Syracus was no problem. A good starting point for trips to Baroque Noto and to Marzamemi to the beach. The landlord family, who lives in the 1st floor house, welcomed us very warmly, gave us all kinds of tips and let us experience the Sicilian hospitality. Mille grazie!
