Our beautiful and quiet neighborhood is a recovered and remodeled space from the 50’s. Each space is unique and private, it is located on the ground floor and its configuration is the same as in the 50’s, high ceilings, divided only by walls. The terrace is a beautiful space for common use. It is a "local" area and its perfect location for those who prefer to walk to tourist spots such as machado square, boardwalk, beaches, high waves, bars and restaurants less than 12 min. walk.
