Super good place to stay

Check-in was easy and smooth. Security was tight and alert. Place was well cleaned. The beddings, towels and floor mats are new and comfortable. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Ian's place is immaculately presented, just like the photos shown. It's a conveniently-located duplex centered around plenty of good eateries that Ecoworld has to offer. His helpfulness, on top of the majestic evening views from his apartment made our Johor trip very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay. Although the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, the amenities provided felt right at home and the airbnb is mostly accessible to both tourists and those looking to stay long-term. A big mall is located just below the residence, making it convenient for last-minute shopping as well

The apartment is clean and has such an incredible view of the landed houses, esp at night. The highway can get noisy but you can easily close the sliding doors and it will keep the noise out. If you have 2 small families thinking of bunking in together – this place is perfect for you. The 2 bedrooms are large enough for 2 people and 1 or 2 kids. There is one single bedroom for an adult or a teenager. The living and dining room is spacious and can fit all of mentioned families for dinner. The apartment is entirely separate from neighbours, its the corner unit– near to the lift and to your allocated parking. You may not bump into any neighbours during your stay. Aeon and Lotus are right around the corner. If you were driving, you may need to get used to the carpark orientation and slopes are narrow so pls drive slowly. Carpark is well lit and quiet. The host connects with you right after booking with contact and check-in/out information. They are friendly and nice and helpful.

I can see the pool through the big window in the living room. The infinite pool on 40th floor has nice view, too. There are well managed 2 bed rooms with 2 restroom and enough living room. Perfect for family and 2 persons. 4 air conditioners and 4 fans maintains pleasant condition. All utilities that are needed to buy already set. No need to go the coin laundry, no need to buy even any tableware. Enough parking slots. easy to access in and out with QR code. I strongly recommend to stay for family or 2 persons.

Nice to stay there

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

Beautiful and great stay! Despite having abit of trouble getting into the house due to the qr code and also netflix unable to see, the owner responded well and also rectified it well! Really like the decor of the house and the aesthetics. Will definely stay again if i want to visit paradigm longer

We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.

Sarah's & Yeow's place was clean, cozy and baby friendly; I had my 5 months old twin daughters at their place and it felt like home! All amenities provided was convenient. Thank you for the awesome stay and looking forward to staying at your place in the future 😀

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
