69 Windrush Lake, our 4 bedroom lake view home is the perfect place to relax. Set in beautiful grounds right next to a great lake which can be used for fishing, paddle-boarding or kayaking. Lots of other free activities on-site. We bought our holiday home in 2022 to create great memories for our family. We spent 5 months renovating the property inside and out with everything brand new and we are very proud of the home we have made. We ensure the property is always immaculately kept.

This is a beautiful lake house. It was perfect for my family of 6 and I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Beccy’s place and will definitely come back! We were a party of 4 (toddler, grandmother, parents and dog) and the layout suited us perfectly. The property was just as described and getting onto the estate was easy. The bedrooms have a beautiful view over the lake, the kitchen was well equipped and there is a gas BBQ on the porch (which isn’t listed). Restaurants and take away options are close by too.

Tracey provided detailed clear instruction for checking in/ out and what the expectations were. The house was beautiful and in a picturesque location, right on the lake. Ducks, geese and swans were regular visitors. The house was easy to find and had parking right outside. There was everything you could possibly need for a stay, with a very handy little "cleaning" pack. A fridge freezer and an under counter fridge. The dishwasher was very handy for our party of 5 and a half (with three dishwasher tablets in the cleaning pack). Lovely tea/ coffee welcome pack. The bedrooms were quite spacious. The on site park was a real hit with the little one. Lots to do within a 10 minute drive. The only criticism I could mention is that the house/ decor was a little tired, particularly the kitchen and there were cobwebs in most of the rooms. Neither of which affected how much we enjoyed our few days. Thank you Tracey and Lee

Lovely stay in the cotswolds. Everything was perfect, the host was communicative and friendly, and the hot tub is a must have! Fully self serve, but the Co-op is a short drive away so easy to get supplies.

Absolutely lovely place and host. Heather went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Peaceful and private location that was perfect for the sunny, chilled weekend we wanted. Great area to explore and a variety of activities to do in and around the lakes.
