Ogletree Cabin is a private retreat nestled on 85 acres of stunning hardwood and pines- just a three-minute walk to lovely Toad Lake. The beach is a great jumping-off place to swim out to the raft, fish on Toad Lake (where we are the only house on the lake), sit on the screened-in porch off of the fishing shack, and go kayaking and canoeing. Please take note that the cabin has one bedroom with queen and a loft with three beds accessible by a ladder only and not safe for young children.

This is a little gorgeous getaway! We are located one mile South of the bay across the street from West Park (which is perfectly in between Charlevoix and Petoskey). We are also right across the street from the infamous Little Traverse Wheelway trail which is walking/bike path that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and has beautiful scenic views throughout. We are only a few miles down the road from Bay Harbor and 12 miles away from Petoskey State Park where there is a huge beach!

Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. The apartment was perfect for a weekend getaway to go skiing! The photos of the place matched what we experienced - the place was clean, the towels and other linens were nice, and the shower head was good. Not all places get linens and the shower right, which is very important after a long day of skiing!

This place is a gem. The free bikes were clutch to ride around town and check out the distillery and breweries. Shorts has such good food! Do not sleep on the pretzels! The room, shared outdoor area and jacuzzi were lovely. The water flow sounds and the wildlife were amazing, lots of sweet deer to fawn over. I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Dollhouse. It’s a charming little place, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful nature preserve and the pristine dunes of Lake Michigan. Sunsets were awesome along the beach and there were hardly any other people when we were there (early June). Linda was a fantastic host, friendly and provided all the amenities we needed and more. It’s very close to downtown Charlevoix and a great spot to stay while exploring the area. I’d highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The cottage exceeded our expectations, the setting was private, and the view was spectacular. Our family wants to make this an annual tradition!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nate’s AirB&B. Nate was super accommodating and we ended up staying in his Farmhouse, which was full of charming decor and everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. We spent most of our time at the beach which was conveniently located just steps away. Although a little rocky, it was a nice, private & peaceful vibe. We would definitely recommend Nate’s space and hospitality to anyone who is looking for a fun weekend up north in a beautiful and versatile location :-)

Absolutely perfect! Two trucks and bass boats with another truck. Super private and peaceful. Great hosts…very responsive…caring…made sure all was perfect.
