Good night! There are no words to describe the experience that was our stay at this accommodation! Very quiet beach, calm sea, good for walking, good assistance when needed. It exceeded my expectations and those of my entire family, it was all good! Hugs, Yanna and Luciana.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until the time of checkout. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Very well located apartment! The biometric registration was a bit cumbersome, but once we did it, there were no more problems. We were very comfortable. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the pool; it was under maintenance that weekend. Jeferson was very kind!

Best hosting via Airbnb. Apto exactly as in the pictures. Spacious, air-conditioned in all the rooms, 2 TVs, kitchen with ideal size and the living room is the Gold of the place: very airy and with a cinematic view. Excellent location. Everything is impeccable.

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfactory, we spent happy and restful days at the house. The space is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to get the kids off the screens. The pool is another strong point, always at a pleasant temperature and at night the water gets even warmer, as if it were heated. The hostess, Karyna, was always ready for any need that arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us very much, because despite being a beautiful place, because it is close to the river, the water was a little cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4 km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again and again.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is just a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well maintained, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

We love your stay! Easy location, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark bedroom for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drinks! There are also several kiosks on the avenue! Eduardo also recommended very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! There were even two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Great location, everything is very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei was always friendly and answered all the questions we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to Parque Shopping, depending on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you'll find kiosks and the sea is great for swimming, if you don't want to move, swimming in the sea in front of the apartment is also nice. Safe, quiet, noiseless condominium, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend it!

We were in a group of 6 adults for 1 week at Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist attractions and a supermarket. Although the building's facade is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we didn't miss anything during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has smart TV. For us, who like to follow soccer, the big TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. The contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 rooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with peace of mind and would also stay again on another occasion.
