Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. We are not really suited to wedding groups and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Loved our stay, the house is perfect for a big group with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The house was well kept and maintained. The views were spectacular. Dean was very responsive throughout the process too.

Even though it was a short stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at St Ives Cottage. The peaceful surroundings were just what I was looking for. Wandering around the farm provided the opportunity to find delightful places to sit and appreciate the beautiful landscape. There are all sorts of quirky touches added to the farm, that make exploration a must. Sitting by the little lake and listening to the birds and the frogs was like a calming salve. Julie and Peter were friendly and generous with their time (and produce!). I look forward returning to see the result of the extensive planting and hard work going into the surroundings. Thank you Julie and Peter for a wonderful break to my journey.

Nice spacious, comfortable house. Stayed with 3 couples and 3 toddlers, plenty of space in all rooms for cots. House was clean and well stocked, some snacks provided by host a nice touch. Location was quiet and very close to shopping centre and all fast food. Host was very quick with communication and provided plenty of information to make our check in and stay haste free and comfortable. There was enough space to park 3 cars in the drive way. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
