We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Thank you for 1 month stay here it feels like my own condo, this place is so convenient to all especially while processing my all documents in Manila! Checking-in was fast and easy. The host had already sent instructions before we got to the place. The place was clean and basic appliances were available. Towels, dental care, and soap were provided. The view was also great, it was overlooking Luneta Park. It's was close to the Manila Hotel, where we had our 3-day convention. A convenience store and restaurants were nearby. Transportation was also easily available. Just a suggestion, make the curtain a blackout curtain, so it wouldn't be too bright in the morning. It woke me up earlier than planned. Other than that, everything was great. The host was also very responsive. I would book here again if we have a convention in the same hotel.
