Waterfront vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

My family of four loved our stay at the Penthouse, location and amenities were exactly what we needed for a quick beach weekend. The view and being steps from the beach were just perfect. Only negatives were with areas outside Shirley’s control. The parking deck is tight and low clearance so if you drive a truck or taller SUV recommend parking across the street and not even trying the main lot. Also, almost constant marijuana smell near the apartment (possibly apartment on either or both sides). This is the beach and it happens but more constant than we would have expected.

Great location and vibes, definite recommendation for anyone looking to explore the beach area!

We choose this location based on previous reviews. It was close to where we wanted to be. It was walkable to the Southern Brewery as well as Graham’s Landing. We had a wonderful time at the brewery and our server was amazing. Robin. Friendly and just made you feel like friends. We went to Gio”s and my dinner was amazing. Or server here, Lexi also very attentive. We really enjoyed being able to use the pass to Huntington Beach/State Park. We were on the beach as well as walked it everyday. Once full, it closes. So, getting there before 12 worked. We also did the free crocodile walk and learned a lot. Saw some in the water and a big one crossed the path. That was exciting. Lots of birds too. So for those who like to take pictures bring your camera. With the park pass we were also aloud to take the Mansion tour for free using the pass. We did the guided one and got a lot out of it. And again if you’re into pictures there plenty of stuff in the back yard. Sunrises. Birds. Comfy bed. Clean.

We fully enjoyed our stay! The hosts have definitely put thought into their guests experience! They had wonderful amenities for guest use, including fishing poles and beach gear to borrow during our stay. It definitely felt like they want their guests to have the best beach vacay possible. The accommodations were clean, tidy and a very beachy relaxed aesthetic which we loved. The kitchen was set up great for all our vacation cooking needs and all appliances new and clean. The hosts themselves are so friendly, it was a pleasure meeting them and chatting! We would definitely recommend this stay to any friends or family who want to visit the area, and hope to be back again someday ourselves. Thank you!

We were looking for a nice place close to the ocean, with a view, to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed at all! Anne’s place was beautiful and peaceful. We had an enjoyable, relaxing time. We’ll be back another time!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

What a wonderful place. It's everything it's billed to be. Very comfortable, peaceful. The kitchen is well appointed. I also really appreciated the personal touches -- books, historical newspapers -- a truly homey feel. Daytime temperatures were mostly in the high 50s but it was very pleasant out on the deck -- nice warm sunshine. And what a treat to get both a sunrise and sunset over the ocean (south-facing beach). Very pleasant strolls to be had on both the beach and streetside. This place is great. I look forward to returning.

Penny’s place was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in the door it exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all you need for a family beach vacation. Penny was very responsive with any questions we had and gave many great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Would highly recommended her home and we hope we can come back very soon!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the back deck were fantastic. It was great to sit there and have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was great to only have to get up and walk to the beach without having to go too far. Would definitely stay here again!

This house had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was huge and well stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, the storage shed under the house had pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even another full sized refrigerator that I did not know about which was a pleasant surprise. Location of the house was amazing that offered beautiful views of the ocean from a block away thanks to the single level house on the beach. The elevator was a little tricky to learn at first but was a great asset for my mother was has had multiple back surgeries and has a hard time getting up and down stairs.

The hosts equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, the bath towels were plentiful, the games & puzzle cabinet packed full, and plenty of comfortable casual seating for a large group both inside and out. Roku TV loaded with the most common streaming service apps so bring your sign ins and passwords since there is no antenna/over-the-air network channels. Nothing as nice as being able to walk a direct path from the deck to the beach via the home’s private wooden walkway over the dune.

Amanda’s home was really nice. It felt as if we were at home. It was clean and very roomy for the family that came down to visit. It is literally on the water which had exceptional views with a good amount of wildlife nearby. Parking was limited for us but that was due to the fact that we had larger trucks and a boat trailer. Overall, this was a great experience.

This house was EXACTLY as described! The location was perfect and the home was immaculate. We have been to Ocean Isle several times and this was our FAVORITE place that we have stayed. Gina was great at communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

It smelt amazing upon walking in! Gave it more of a home feel. Everything was super clean! Loved the extra touch of toothbrushes/toothpaste. All the little things made our week great. Easy beach access topped off our stay and I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time. It was very comfortable and exactly like listed. Comfy furniture and very clean. Jordyn responded quickly to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone! Beautiful view as well!

We had an incredible stay at Katie’s place. Such a great location, beautiful and comfortable. Katie has thought of everything to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we wanted to add an extra day. Definitely plan to be back soon

Everything was great. It had everything you need. When you enter the condo, you come straight into the bedroom and it’s the only way in and out. Could be an issue with different sleep schedules, or if more than two people. Debra was great and quick to respond. The view was amazing and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Another great summer vacation in the books! Chad is THE BEST host and his place is the best one on the beach!! We are repeat guests & highly recommend this condo. I've rented a lot of AirBNB all around the country & this one ranks as one of the top on the list. Chad goes above & beyond. I wish he would buy & rent out some more places!!!

The place is an absolute dream! Everybody enjoyed breakfast on the massive balcony with its breathtaking panoramic ocean views; the condo was luxurious, comfortable, and spotless. We loved the pristine beach and the quiet, upscale feel of the North Hampton building and Kingston Plantation resort. We highly recommend this stunning oceanfront paradise!

Well maintained and clean, clear instructions for check in and check out, easy access to the beach and pool. Highly recommend!

Chris was very informative with everything, he did an amazing job including all details on the site as well as on the site. When we did have questions he was very responsive and proactive. Definitely a place I would visit again and again.
