Villa vacation rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

1000 characters can’t capture the immaculate & pristinely styled Bella Vita, which is perfectly located oceanfront with a private walkover/shower, & a short stroll from vibrant Carolina Beach Boardwalk (don’t miss nightly live music & a bag of Britt’s Donuts!) It is also near restaurants, groceries, & anything else you need for your time at the beach! If you like to cook, the beautiful kitchen is spacious & well appointed, & there are multiple areas for service & eating! From the huge main living area you will enjoy gorgeous ocean views & tons of natural light, with generous space & multiple gathering areas, which make it both cozy & wide open all at the same time! The vast master bedroom/bath is a showstopper, & all 3 bedrooms have comfy beds, ample storage, & private bathrooms, plus gorgeous views from 2 balconies, perfect for watching sunrises, a rainstorm, or summer fireworks at the Boardwalk. The pictures are gorgeous, yet they don’t do this seaside home justice! We WILL be back!

Austin’s home was great for our group of 3, we stayed for a total of 3 nights and felt right at home. He was proactive with messaging and very responsive. The location was perfectly located with easy access to the main hotel, tennis courts, and beach.

Palm Bungalow was the perfect fit for our week long vacation for my husband and I. It was exactly what we had in mind with the beach being a 4 min walk just across the road. Freshfields Village and Night Heron Park was an easy 15-20 min bike ride which we loved doing in the mornings. The villa complex was private and serene itself and the unit was adorably decorated and extremely fresh and clean feeling. We loved our first experience in KI and will def be back !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Nicole was an excellent host. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance of a good cafe. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

We had a great time with our 2 kids. It was close to all the amenities (beach club & pools). Towels, kids toys, and beach chairs were nice touches provided by Leah

We loved our stay at Fore Shore! The home was exactly as advertised---the kitchen is amazing and all the rooms were spotless and perfectly decorated. Seabrook Island was as wonderful as expected. The home had everything we needed and Erika was very responsive to any questions. The food in the island restaurants was amazing and shockingly affordable and priced similar to non-beach locations. We loved jet-skiing nearby (Dolphin watersports), renting bikes from Island Bikes, and playing on Ocean winds golf course. Also I do recommend seeing the nearby Angel Oak--stunnng! Two beaches and the pool to choose from--our favorite was the calm river beach. We would love to return and stay here again.

Angela's studio was just as described, quiet and serene. I loved the enclosed porch. She was very responsive, concerned and receptive as we did have an issue to arise that took a while to get resolved but as soon as she knew, she had someone come out and fix it, apologizing for the inconvenience. It is a nice place for a getaway. The only thing is the neighbors upstairs can be a bit noisy. I look forward to staying again soon and hopefully have access to all of the amenities to enjoy (some items/areas were out of order amd not useable at no fault of Angela's so I would call the next time to make sure.) We absolutely loved this place! It was 20 minutes from North Myrtle beach! We had an amazing stay!

Such incredible, thoughtful hosts! Thorough, organized, accommodating…there wasn’t anything they didn’t think of! The place was immaculate and smelled amazing with the fresh flowers to welcome you. The living room and balcony provide tranquil views of the ocean. I decided to stay in a couple of nights just because it was so peaceful and relaxing. I’ll definitely book here or one of their other locations again!

The best spot for lots of family fun! There is something for everyone within 1 mile.

We stayed one week at the Jewel of the Waterway. The views were amazing. There are huge windows in the main living areas to enjoy views of the water. Lots of cozy places to sit outside both on and off of the porches. The pool was super fun for the kids! There are kayaks for use which was great but do not try to launch them at low tide! Swimming in the waterway isn’t possible, which is outlined in the home guide. Things to note - while there are 3 bathrooms, realistically there is 1 shower. On the main level one bathroom has a walk-in shower (this bathroom doesn’t have a door besides the bedroom door) and the other just has a large soaking tub. The bathroom in the basement does have a shower but it’s tiny and kind of dark and scary. We booked this home largely because of accessibility and the fact that it has less stairs than most waterfront homes in the area. You do have to access the home up a few steps and the pool down a half flight of stairs. The pool is viewable from the sunroom.

Quiet, spacious home for our family. We look forward to ur next visit.

We loved our spring break stay at sandpiper. We appreciated the hosts’ communication and the space was perfect for our family of four. Loved the proximity to the beach club.

Ed and Heathers’s place is outstanding! Our stay was a month and we had all the comforts of home! If you are looking for the perfect place this is the place to stay. The home was well stocked, spotless and absolutely beautiful! You can tell a lot of thought was put in to making sure all details were taken care of to make our stay perfect. Heather would check in from time to time to make sure we didn't need anything. . Perfect place and hope to return in the future!

Some of the party wasn’t able to go but the ones that did had an amazing time and liked spending time more at the place then sometimes going out to do things! I would recommend this place to anyone and loved the water right out back. Good size rooms and very clean. Felt right at home. Would stay here again! 🏝️☀️♥️🏡

Let me start by saying that we have high standards/expectations for places that we stay. This place exceeded those expectations. We didn’t feel grossed out or walking on eggshells like we have at other locations before. The condo was very clean and had all amenities needed. The complex was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely recommend and look to book her again in the future!

I was down just to get my daughter from college for the summer, and this place was great. Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. The weather did not cooperate with us so we did not get to experience the pools but would definitely like to try again when we bring her back in August. Everything was clean in the house and the beds were comfortable. I loved that there were chairs etc. for the beach and the pin pong table is a nice distraction on rainy days. Overall, a great place to stay.

This roomy condo was exactly what we were looking for…plenty of space for our group in a location very near the beach. Check-in/-out was very easy and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Cynthia’s place several times now. I keep coming back because it is so relaxing! It’s a great location near the Lake House Pool which my little kids love. We bikes to the beach several times as well. One of the delights was the upgrade in the master to new linens and a king bed. The kids slept in the two twins and had their own bathtub. It was well stocked! We played board games one day when it rained and I cooked several meals and found nothing lacking in the kitchen.

This location was perfect for a wedding we attended at a local venue in OIB. The third floor of the condo is perfectly pictured as-is in the listing, a great view to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the third floor balcony. We appreciated the individual bedroom/bathroom space we each had for getting ready and the responsiveness of the host when we had questions. We would absolutely consider this condo again for another visit to OIB! Thanks for a lovely stay!
