The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The building is new and cozy. The place is very peaceful. I recommend it.

The property's location is great for those who want to rest. Quiet and calm place, the building staff are super helpful and Mrs. Maria Amélia even left us some treats. We hope to return soon.

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had a few one-off issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was just great.

Great. Cozy place, with privacy, silence and comfort. The space is well divided and organized, the kitchen has utensils that meet the needs. There was a space to hang clothes, which was very useful. The air conditioning works very well, it cools the environment quickly. Polite and helpful building staff, and of course, the host responds quickly. Excellent! I'll be back more often.
