Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Nice apartment of 30 sqm with a sleeping loft (140cm bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. Underfloor heating, private entrance, washing machine, shower, sauna and corner bathtub. Fast internet and free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to nature and a lake. 10-minute walk to the local bus that goes directly to the city center without any changes. The bus runs 6 times per hour on weekdays and 4 times per hour on weekends.
