Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rentals

Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the nearest neighbor and nice swaberg belonging to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain pour down, Namsos center is located about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. New apartment with great kitchen and bathroom. Heating cables in all floors and wood burning in addition. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Private patio, and your own entrance. Possibility of sleeping space for 3. Lovely view of Namsen and Spillumsfjellet. It is about 15-20 min walk to Namsos city center. To the nearest grocery store, it is about 5 minutes to walk.

An over 100 years old trønder loan on Marøya located 50 meters from the seafront. Only 10 minutes drive to Rørvik center, yet is sheltered for neighbors and visibility. We spent 2 wonderful days in Nora's accommodation, everything was as described & also easy to find. I can really recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for peace & nature, the area is just fantastic, just like the view from the house. We also saw some moose here & the bunkers in Utvorda are very impressive.

Lena’s place was a great place to stay on Otterøya. The view from the deck and living room is stunning. The bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen are all well equipped. The place is as pictured and feels like a nice vacation cabin. There are grocery stores in town about 20 minutes drive to Namsos. Many hikes and other views to see on Otterøya.

Beautiful home with lots of space inside and out. It didn't look completely finished (very new), but we still felt very comfortable. It's best to cook in the well-equipped kitchen, because restaurants are (almost) in vain! ;-) Veronika was very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to our questions. Thank you!

Wonderful! The cabin is a dream, lovingly furnished, clean, practical and there is also an adventurous shower. 😊 Communication was fast, uncomplicated and likeable. It was so nice...

Nice basement apartment within walking distance to Rørvik city center. Lena is an efficient and professional hostess and everything was clean and tidy. I stayed there for a night and slept excellent!

If you want to find peace and relax after one of the many trips to Leka, this is the perfect place. You fall asleep and wake up to birdsong. There was also a patio that could be used. The host had also put out eggs and was very welcoming and helpful to make us feel at home. If we go back to Leka, we'll go to Arve's cabin again.
