Plenty of seating and space for lounging throughout the home. The basement gives a sports bar vibe with a 75” TV, fireplace, pool table, bar, and fridge that you can stock with your favorite drinks. Pool is not on property. Available via a connection with a pool owner for a discount on the hourly rate.

Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our 2 cairn terriers and will be sharing the yard with you.
