Extremely clean, updated three bedroom and two bath home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the downtown buzz. This home includes a back patio with a spacious backyard and fire pit. Coffee nook, two wireless music speakers, Roku TV, premium Wifi, and many other amenities and supplies. The basement has a washer and dryer, cozy TV area, bar area, fridge, bathroom, games, cards, and office/game room. This is not a party house! Please NO use of curry when cooking.

Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
