Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening. Small terraced house with our home, equipped to accommodate 4 adults (or up to 5 people for people traveling with children) with a master bedroom and a children's room with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Located 3 km from the village. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your pets. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.

Completed in May 2021, it is ideally located in the Bois Soret district, quiet in a cul-de-sac, 1.3 km from the beaches by the forest path and bike paths (7 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot) and 1.6 km from the city center and its shops.
