Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Indio

Courtenay's Place is just beautiful. We stayed with two other couples and had ple ty of privacy as well as great space for togetherness. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with large and small appliances, dishes, and spices. The location was very private and quiet, and we paid for the hot tub heating. The house is 15 minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. The price was very reasonable for three couples!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay

Excellent place to stay in Indio, its located in a very nice and safe. Its pretty close to everything you need from shopping, groceries to doctors and more. It’s in a private country club but it is easy to access since your name is already at the gate when you arrive and it’s very easy to find the house once inside. We will definitely stay here again.

Located in a nice community. Place was clean and close to Coachella. They provided a ride service which was cheaper and more convenient than uber.

This was hands-down the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. We traveled with two families (a group of 8 with four kids ranging from 6-10 years old). The house was a perfect set up for us. Jay was so communicative leading up to the trip and made sure we had everything we needed. Walking into this house was a dream - light music, wine and snacks sett the ambiance for what would be an amazing weekend. Everything is so clean and clearly labeled - we immediately felt at home and never had to hunt for what we needed. The toiletries, towels and beds/bedding were all great quality. The pool and spa were the perfect temp, the fire pit was delightful, and the backyard was equipped with quality toys, towels etc. The garage game room was perfectly temp controlled and filled with so much fun entertainment. The house is nestled in a stunning desert community that felt so safe, and was an easy drive to so many great hikes, restaurants, etc. 10/10… don’t hesitate… book it!

Great place to stay with your small family. Top notch amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and Pristine. Will definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend

A fantastic weekend stay for the entire family. Would definitely come back again. Everyone had a blast and everything we needed. Hosts were organized and very responsive throughout the weekend.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amit’s place was so perfect! The home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and the outdoor space was absolutely amazing! He was super responsive and friendly. Everyone loved the place and was very comfortable. I can’t wait to plan our next trip!

The kids had a blast getting their own space and having garage access was super nice plus everything was so clean! Wish we had more time to enjoy more of the place. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips!

Aimee is an excellent host! Communicative, helpful, thoughtful and her place is as described. I especially appreciated the super clean spaces and towels/linens. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked! Highly recommend for a comfortable desert getaway!

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean villa for 2 families with a toddler and dog each! The 2 separate rooms on either side of the shared living area was very convenient. The pool and community amenities are nice- almost feels like resort living! Host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, mostly quiet, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the pool — it was a perfect way to relax and unwind. Overall, everything went smoothly and we’d definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for a great stay in Indio. This home is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and all of the furnishings are what they need to be. We esp enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Chris, the building manager is a star. He helped us out with a smile. We would 💯 book again. 😊

What a wonderful stay! The attention to detail was on point. You can tell they took a lot of pride in the product they are proving people. Very friendly hosts and very responsive. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. The movie room exceeded our expectations. Value was very worth the money.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed to unwind from our busy jobs. Our goal was to do nothing, and this place was perfect for that. Private location (we didn’t even need bedroom curtains!) and a great layout. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, and it was totally worth it since the water stays cold even during the day. note: only the jacuzzi is heated, not the pool, as stated. Areas for improvement: both rain shower heads had mineral buildup, making post-pool rinsing a bit tricky. We’d read reviews about this and hoped it would be resolved, but it wasn’t. Lots of dog hairs were on the carpets - I am allergic to most of the dog hairs - and was sneezing a lot. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Next time maybe with one more couple :)

Spacious and beautiful house with great amenities. The pool and backyard area was great, lots of lounging space and plenty of room. Casita was gorgeous and we liked the style. Plenty of games, puzzles and activities! Jeffery was responsive, helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful! It’s clean with all the amenities we needed. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We went to several great restaurants that were all within an 8-15 minute drive. Cory was a tremendous host. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. His welcome book was very helpful. Super easy check in and out process. We will definitely be back! I stayed for the weekend for a little getaway, and it was an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful with a modern design and so many picture-perfect spots throughout the property. I especially loved the master bedroom with the tub—it felt like a dream. The jacuzzi was perfect for stargazing at night, and the pool was so refreshing to swim in during the day. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back!

A+ Very, very nice house. We used the pickleball court and pool every day. Pool water was cold to first touch but wonderfully refreshing after being in for 5 minutes. Addision was very responsive. I highly recommend.
