Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Independencia

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Pedro is incredible and very kind. The only negative point would be that in my piesa there was no signal for internet or Wi-Fi. But apart from that everything is fine, accommodation in the most beautiful street in Santiago !

This is an amazing place to stay in the best neighborhood in Santiago. Don’t pass it up!

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafes and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozily furnished and equipped for the cold months with a radiant heater and a heat blanket. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

The house is very large and very good, it stays in a very quiet location. Lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Monica was very nice, she helped us a lot, she was super requested. I highly recommend!!

We loved the stay! The apartment is very nice, very clean and complete, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The price was also excellent for the quality offered. The only minor negative note was that it was not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible, which would have helped our logistics a little. Even so, it was a very good experience and we gladly recommend it!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two metro stations very close. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a lot of security and peace of mind. There are shops of all kinds nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has everything included, a heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

Very spacious, lovely enclosed green veranda. The kitchen was well-equipped (there was even salt and olive oil -- learn, airbnb hosts!) The location couldn’t be better, literally around the corner from the buzzing Lastarria St., 10-min walk from Plaza de Armas and Bellavista, and midway between three metro stations. I'd move in tomorrow.

My parents are the ones who stayed, and they told me that they were very comfortable in the accommodation, the apartment was clean, a safe place. Steps from the subway, and steps from the places they needed to visit on this trip to Santiago. Totally recommended!!

Everything was perfect! Very cozy space, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, everything was very clean. Location close to the center, we were able to visit several points of the city on foot. The Hosts were very kind and thoughtful. I recommend it and would go back again!

Mary was an excellent host! The place was neat, neat and very comfortable. It feels like a very cozy place. Mary was always attentive to my messages and quickly answered any questions or concerns regarding the stay. The apartment is very nice, clean, with a nice view and well-equipped. It's in a good area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and well connected. Cristopher was always very attentive. There was only a small technical problem with the access code upon arrival, but we were able to resolve it quickly. In addition, he was kind enough to let me arrive before check-in time. I recommend it.
