Vacation rentals with a patio in Inca

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself very well. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have been to Iris' place for the 2nd time and had another great vacation!

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

Marcello had warmly welcomed us, with a bottle of wine and a few snacks. We also thought it was great that we were allowed to use the accommodation on the day of departure. Great location! Quiet at night, yet central enough to reach everything on foot. We'd love to come back anytime. Kind regards, Tina & Astrid

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When I arrived on the date of the stay, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy to do. What I have to say about the apartment is that everything is beautiful, since you can see that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything matches everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of Alcudia beach from all environments!! We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

We spent some incredible days at Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm environment were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

What an amazing place! Completely hidden in the woods, a little paradise! Here you can completely unwind. Moreover, Gabriel and his parents are super nice and helpful. We were allowed to eat with the homemade paella and because we arrived late the first night, they had already bought some groceries for the next morning. We miss the dogs Sel, Toto and Jeep very much. They greeted us every morning. Just like the cats. I could stay there for a few months! Thank you very much! 🙏🏻

This place is perfect in every way! It has a beautiful walkway and gardens as you enter with fruit trees and grape vines, shading the yard and creating privacy. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The house is newly updated with modern appliances and furniture. There is a lot of space inside with multiple sitting areas and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect as it is a few minute walk to a small local grocery store and also to the town center. The grocery store bakes fresh baguettes everyday:) The town is delightful with a lively town square graced by a beautiful church and restaurants all around. It feels like the quintessential Spanish village. We are hikers and could walk from the house to multiple hiking trails which took us higher into the mountains through olive groves and to vistas with breathtaking views. We loved hiking to other small villages and eating and shopping before returning to Soller. This was truly a dream!

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Ralf's house was awesome! Even prettier than in the pictures! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked talking with him! We recommend it to all guests!

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

The location, the amenities of the apartment were so good that our short stay was a real pleasure. In the morning, we had breakfast on the terrace and after a ten-minute walk, we enjoyed the sea in the bay. Thank you and best regards to you, Monika.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful condo. The amenities were great, the view was indescribable, and the walkability was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. We were able to easily day trip from this location, and our host Jennifer provided awesome local recommendations that guided our time there. 10/10 would stay here again and again.
