I rented the house to my employees and they loved it. The house has EVERYTHING, very organized and clean. You need to bring EVERYTHING you intend to use because the house is far from shops, it is in fact for you to rest. So, as a caveat, take everything you need and just enjoy the environment. My employees LOVE it. A very positive point is: the hosts and especially his daughter Jennifer who received the boys are WONDERFUL and helped me in an almost impossible mission, she was empathetic and spared no effort for us. We were very pleased with the apartment in Ilhéus, Bahia. Everything was exactly as advertised, which made us very comfortable. The apartment is very good, well organized and in a great location, very close to the beach, which made all the difference in our stay. The host, Alex, was super helpful and attentive, we had a minor issue during our stay and he resolved it very quickly, which made us even more confident. Overall, we think it was very worthwhile, both for the price and for the quality of the place. We definitely recommend it!

Super cozy Chalé, super well used space, small but super useful and comfortable for a couple. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, cool air-conditioning. Several beach and umbrella chairs available for use, super quiet street, very close to the beach that is super empty, delicious to enjoy, and right next to the village/market. Not to mention the host Sueli, super helpful and attentive. We will definitely go back again and we recommend it!

It was exactly what I was expecting, what I didn't expect was to find an exceptional guy who became a brother, Aroldo, helpful and who totally breaks the rules, because he helps more than what is expected. I leave my recommendation here, it's really worth it.

The stay was wonderful! The house is very comfortable, cozy and complete!! The place is very pleasant, with swimming pool, sand court, easy and close access to the beach. The beach is very quiet and was a great family stay with our children. The house's impeccable organization and cleaning. The perfect space for those looking for rest, comfort and tranquility. The hosts are very helpful and attentive, they have adapted the house to our needs with children. Karina was always available for tips and to help us. We had an issue with our flight from the airline and helped us. Indico as one of the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in and sure we'll be back.

The house next to the sea is wonderful. You can hear the sound of the waves from the room! The balcony is huge, sitting all the time watching the sea and the waves breaking! We had barbecues on the top floor! Haroldo is a blessing in the house! His assistance is first class! He is attentive with everything! The house worked perfectly, the pool is beautiful! We can say that we will return without a doubt!

Great hosting experience. The apartment is very nice, equipped with good furniture in every room. It is all air-conditioned, thus ensuring great thermal comfort throughout its interior. The kitchen is complete, and it has a wide variety of utensils and appliances in great condition. The condominium is excellent, with an amazing swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and a beautiful green area promoting direct contact with nature. Selma, the always-available and proactive host, answered all questions almost in real time. I recommend the space, and I hope to return on another occasion.

Large house and ready to receive a high number of people. The kitchen You have many dishes, glasses, cutlery, two stoves, freezers, refrigerator and airfryer. The yard is large and comfortable, gourmet area with barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove, perfect! Very close to the sea (less than 5 minute walk). All rooms have air conditioning, making the stay much more comfortable. What could be better was the pool (the owner informed that it will improve in the future) and the gates urgently need maintenance, too complicated to open and close, I almost dropped on arrival. Tirando these details I loved the house.

Apartment as in the photos, very well located and safe. I only spent one night because I wanted to be close to the airport, and it really is, 5 minutes of Uber. Next bakeries , markets and restaurants. I recommend it

Our period of stay at Rafaele's place was exceptional..irreproachable. The hostess is kind to the extreme, careful as few. Nael, the housekeeper/caretaker, is helpful, polite and humorous. The schedule for us to return is already on our agenda. For those who want to enjoy a quiet beach and still have the comfort of a well-structured house, there is no mistake.

The property of Mr. Alpeno fully corresponds to the listing. The house is extremely comfortable and organized, has a very pleasant green outdoor area, making it possible to contact with nature. Also, the private access to the beach allows guests to enjoy a warm, quiet and lush sea. The house of Mr. Alpeno offers us a real invitation to quiet. Myself and my family have taken great advantage and wish to return at another opportunity. Finally, I want to keep it on record that Mr. Alpeno is an excellent host. The flat is excellent. With sea view, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, smelling bedding. The outdoor area is also excellent: it has a swimming pool, barbecue area and a large garden. Everything worked perfectly (shower, air conditioning, wi-fi, television, etc.). The location is perfect especially for those who, like me, like me, likes to surf. From the window you can see the waves. I'll be back for sure.

I had a great experience, Nielson is very polite and welcoming, the apartment is in Pontal, next to Concha beach in Ilhéus. The house was clean, had a bath towel and most importantly to me, the air conditioning works very well! I recommend it!

We are 20 days hosted with 2 pets. Soraia was of unparalleled kindness, promptness and professionalism. The unit we stayed in (n. 04) served us very well. We made some suggestions that I think will certainly make the space much more interesting. No garage, eh fact and that left me half Insecure but over the days I noticed a good neighborhood and I had no problem with my car on the street, nor with my entrances and exits from the property during dawn. Therefore, without any fear I recommend the accommodation offered by Soraia.
