Comfortable house with swimming pool, lawn and barbecue area. Best place to go with family and friends. It has an emergency power generator (it is common for the island to experience power outages). It has 6 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning), a refrigerator, beer maker, stove, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your capsules) and utensils in general. The house also has a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 50-inch TV in the upstairs en-suite. Broadband internet with Wi-Fi. The house is 300 meters from the center.

This 78m² house was fully designed for the comfort and well-being of guests. There are two floors, a well-lit and airy house. On the first floor are the balcony, living room with smart TV, kitchen, bedroom for 4 people, bathroom and service area. The stairs lead to the suite, which has a comfortable king size bed and smart TV. Stairless house, great for families with children and the elderly. A very spacious room, surrounded by windows and glass doors, resulting in a well-lit, airy environment with a beautiful ocean view, the house includes an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The back rooms overlook Biscaia Beach, as does the barbecue area. There are 3 en-suites and 2 shared bathrooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms. Casa da Mata, a place to relax!

Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and with a large balcony overlooking the forest, this is a simple but very cozy house in a peaceful atmosphere. We are far from the city center and therefore, birds, squirrels and butterflies are frequent visitors to the garden. It is a 15-minute walk from the pier and 10 minutes from the shops. This is the perfect place to connect with nature :-)
