Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but they were always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

We had an amazing experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The place is beautiful, cozy and in extremely good taste. Incredibly well-equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show apart, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and is always willing to help. The bedroom bed and all the linens are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a thoughtful host.

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

Of all that has not yet been said, I think it is important to note that the neighborhood is extremely quiet. We really liked it. Staying in the historic center is clear that it has its charm but the noise and the mess would bother me. We walked to the center and the walk along the canal is extremely pleasant. At the end of the avenue, on the bridge that leads to the center, there is also a very convenient parking lot. Very quick to access. Everything else is as described in the listing.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Our stay in Paraty was excellent, the accommodation offered by Matheus is perfectly located, close to the historic center and the beach. The house is clean and functional. Looking forward to staying again.

Comfortable house, in the middle of the woods, we hear only the noise of the river that passes practically in the backyard. Go to the beach walking and it's a short drive from other great beaches in the region (brava do camburi and farm). Small trail from the parking spot. Responsive hosts, easy communication. When we got to the area it was without light, but it came back after a few hours and did not compromise the stay.

All impeccable! A paradise the place, beautiful, super-equipped house. The Diana that supports the house in cleaning and organizing is a person's candy. And Cristina, host, a sweetheart, always available, very kind and polite. I want to go back ja! It was 4 very special days!

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's gardening is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! Great stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transport from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with at Ilha da Pescaria it's magnificent. Also, the boats from the local agencies come to pick you up directly at the house.

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We preferred to stay more in the chalet to enjoy the space than to explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

The stay was very good! Everything was like the photo, the house was very clean and organized! The stairs are bad for those with small children, because we couldn't use the bed and stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a lack of signage to get to the house, to make it easier to find. But otherwise, it was impeccable, everything as described.

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

Beautiful view of the water. Very nice stay and the beds were comfortable. Definitely trust the reviews about the road being steep near the house.
