Avec un agréable jardin de 1700 m², vous apprécierez le calme, l'espace, la luminosité, la végétation et le chant des oiseaux. Seulement 5 min à vélo de port Joinville et à peine 100m de la plage, au bout d'un petit chemin et au coeur d'une zone naturelle protégée, l'endroit est vraiment paisible et tourné vers la nature.

I t’s the ideal base for discovering the beaches, wild coast, and quaint country paths of Île d’Yeu.

The Vacation Home

This is a house for 4 people. Located at the end of the Impasse des Beugasses, on a 630 m² plot, not overlooked, you'll find peace and quiet for an unforgettable vacation. Please note: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August; outside this period, rental is by the night. The house is declared for rent at the town hall of Île d'Yeu and has a registration number.
