We had a weekend in this place with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in line with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained check-in. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well located for discovering the city on foot. I would highly recommend it ☀️

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is as described and as shown in the photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with lots of dirty dishes. We couldn't use the outdoor shower and outdoor toilet because they weren't cleaned... Given the price of the rental, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

Cottage matches the listing in every way. Very nicely decorated, you feel at home. Sylvie is very responsive and the person who welcomed us as well. The house is located in the center of the island, it is easy to travel to discover different sectors (car or bike) Bike rentals at Beach bikes are not far away and great! A peaceful haven close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and it feels like home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bikes are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and hospitality, not forgetting the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure.

Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowery terrace without anyone opposite you is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Beautiful modern house. Would return. Only thing to consider is that one of the double rooms is a sofa bed and if you have more than 3 children, one is on a mattress on the floor but comfortable.

Nice and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
